YUM! I had avoided this place because of reviews of rude staff, but I ended up at the mall today at lunchtime and decided to try it. The people here were super nice! The young lady at the cash register was polite, courteous, helpful, and patient. And the sandwich was slammin, and it was modified exactly as I’d asked for.

I ate at Charleys Cheesesteaks last month. The manager on duty was very nice and informative about the special cheesesteak they were advertising, kimchi cheesesteak. I do not eat cheesesteaks, but this one was very good. The manager made sure I had everything I needed to eat it. The atmosphere was nice as well and the rest of the staff was friendly.

This place makes really good cheesesteak sandwiches and special fries.  Service at the counter has good timing so you can go eat without a long wait.  The food tastes good and prices are not too high so it is a good place to eat at the mall.
