Always greet with a real good attitude.  Barbie Q and Lemon and basil good. Lemonade and Strawberry drink is great. Cookie soo good. Veteran Day I was treated so well.

So I've been going to Chicken Salad Chick for a while, as a treat myself meal  I use to love it. As someone who suffers from chronic migraines, I really have to be mindful of where and what I eat. So I decided to get Chicken Salad Chick tonight , I search on their website for a recipe list and no sign of MSG. I only thought about it because I have been getting migraines (occular) and I'm trying to narrow down what places have what that is not openly disclosed to the public. So I  looked at the list of ingredients no sign of MSG, on the website nothing. Went out the drive thru placed my order for Kickin' Kay Lynne and 5 minutes down the road I got home and just called to make sure. I mean it wasn't on the menu board so I'm pretty good right. I called to ask if any of their chicken salads have MSG because it was not disclosed on the menus or on their website. The person answering the phone told me yes their chicken salads contain MSG. I advised her that MSG is a migraine trigger and it should be disclosed and she told me oh well. I asked if they had a chicken salad that didn't have MSG and can I just turn around and get it or get my money back, she said No. Once the chicken salad leaves the store, you can't come back and get a refund or an exchange regardless.  It was very discouraging to discover that they would not disclose that they used MSG in their chicken salad. It's not on their site or at the store and  they would not refund my money or at least try to provide me with the chicken salad that didn't have MSG. Needless to say that will be the last time I go to chicken salad chick. So to all my chronic migraine suffers, avoid Chicken Salad Chick, no matter what. Spread the word!!

I have been going here for a long long time now even bringing my grandchildren. And to see how they treated their employees is absolutely disgusting. They are so inconsiderate of their employees and treat them like absolute children. I will not be coming back here. They need to fix their management asap.

I love chick salad but they need to do something about the Mac n cheese. One time I had hair in mine and today I gave it a try again, it did not look appetizing. Sometimes it’s fresh and creamy and this is what I got today.
