Lukewarm meat and sides.  Mac and cheese was room temp. Cold sauce in a warmer that's been broken for over a year. As a matter of fact, I did send an email through feedback in the app 2 days before I posted this review. No response.

I'm not usually a fan of chain bbq, but I have to say this Dickeys location always gets it right for me.  It's all about the people here.  All business, friendly, and wanting to produce good food.  Daily deals are true value.

This restaurant looks like it will be really good.  But, I would be lying if I did not report that I was very disappointed.  I paid almost $11.00 for a salad that was lettuce, cheese and meat.  No tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, onions, etc. No other vegetables at all.  My husband got a BBQ potato and it was much smaller than others he has gotten at other BBQ places, but NOT cheaper.  The workers were OK, but seemed to resent questions OR did not know how to answer them very well.  Also, I wanted unsweet tea and there were no options for artificial sweetener.  I was just not happy.  I won't visit again.  There are much better BBQ places out there.

Came in at 1:30.. The ribs are very tender.. good flavor with all the meats..  they did have a 1hr wait on baked potatoes.. sweet tea is good, not too sweet.
