Best Lamb chops ever. Correctly cooked and great seasoning. Pic if of my leftovers. We had to get ours to go as we went at lunch, they were not busy but took them forever to cook food.

"Great place to eat. The lamb is fantastic! However, the bar drinks could be better. The overall atmosphere is pleasant. I had to wait for some time to wash my hands and noticed that the gentleman I was waiting on went straight into the kitchen to the cook line without washing his hands. This raised some concerns about the sanitation. Even though he could have washed his hands inside the restroom behind a closed door, it should be mandatory for the kitchen staff to wash their hands every time they enter the kitchen and not go straight to the cook line."

October 10th, 2023. My wife and I decided to come to Ollies for lunch after not coming here for several years. This was one of those meals where it was disappointing to have to pay for!! There were only two tables occupied when we walked in to be seated. We ordered one drink a piece, a spinach dip for an appetizer, and we both got a hamburger wrap!! We waited 25 minutes for our spinach dip and it was okay at best!! Maybe five minutes later we got our entrees and both of our burger wraps were burnt and charred!! And I don’t mean it was a little crispy on the edges which would have been okay!! But they were both burnt so badly, there wasn’t enough ketchup to disguise the char taste!! And most of the crispy meat was in the middle with nothing but wrap at the edges!!The best thing about this meal were the french fries!! The drinks were decent!! Our server was working by herself and was super nice and polite!! Hated so much we spent $90.00 for a lunch that wasn’t worth $10.00!! And we were charged to use our debit card!! We will not be going back and wouldn’t dare recommend this place to anyone we know!! The last picture I posted is from a few days after our Ollies visit that my wife cooked at home!! We used to love Ollies, but after this last visit we won’t be back. The menu has shrunken to barely nothing. The quality of the food wasn’t even close to what we’ve been used to in the last, and the prices are astronomically high. The service was terrible as well, the server had no interaction with our table, had to beg for drinks, and anything we asked for seemed like an inconvenience. We have always supported Ollies, but we won’t be back.

We went around 6 PM on a Saturday. It wasn't nearly as busy as I was expecting it to be. There was a handful of empty tables left. Despite that, service was pretty slow - both for food and drinks. It tended to be around 20 minutes to get a drink from the bar after ordering, and our meal took about 45 minutes or so. The food was delicious, though, and the drinks were tasty once we got them. The hookah was a letdown, however. The seals were loose, and the shisha was flavorless. It seemed a little like maybe it was just an off-night, as other tables were having issues with theirs as well. In summary - food: great; drinks: strong and tasty; service: crawling but friendly; hookah: not even kind of good.
