We like going to Bowlero Montgomery me and my family go to Bowlero to go bowling twice a week. The only issue I have with Bolero is their website and their career site and also the arcade area I would like to say Bowlero does a great job with the arcade area for some when there's a problem the workers come and help but when there's nobody in the games are not operating right? They are not fun to play like if you go in to Bowlero arcade in Montgomery the basketball games do not work and the balls get stuck plus a lot of times it seems like Bowlero Montgomery do not regular Lee check their machines for proper operation work. Secondly, the machines don't work when nobody checks on them every day like the job description says they have to. It seems like Bowlero Montgomery don't really care on the arcade. I do not recommend the arcade as much as the bowling side. You could play more bowling than the arcade due to arcades breaking frequently every day. Also, within that said polar Montgomery could improve on some of the arcade games like the claw machines, the claw machines are not the fun part about the arcade. It's a scam. Everybody knows how the arcade claw works. The claw machine works by the owner setting how much to pay amount needs to be paid to make the claw machine work and grab what you want. Also within that I feel like games like quick drop in the skilled games are better at the arcade in general, then the claw machine. The website problems, where the age for working there was not really described well and their job ages are very strange. I would say working there was not something you would want like somebody who is younger than 18 looking for a job and desperate for a job I would say do not try Bowlero. Do not try fun city do not try any of bowling centers. They will reject you like they did to me. They think I don't work hard enough and the age requirements were not sad online so don't recommend.

If you want to get scammed then please go ahead and do business with Leslie and Kristin. They charged my card once without my authorization and never gave me the deposit back when I cancelled 4 days ahead of time for an event I scheduled. I NEVER signed anything stating I wouldn't get a deposit back or I would have never gave a deposit in the first place. To charge someone's card again after the fact is straight up unprofessional and wrong. Scammers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My 5 year old wanted to bowl for his birthday. Gave this place a shot. Big mistake. First off I spent nearly $50 for 3 bowlers for 1 game. Requested bumpers for the child. The bumpers only came up on one side. So they changed lanes for us. We bowl one frame on that lane before the pin rack broke. Then they put us on another new lane. Then those bumpers broke!! No one seemed to care at all. Asked for a refund and they told me they don't give refunds. Even though it was completely the error of the bowling alley. Don't waste your money here

First time bowling here since it changed owners again. I do like their new tab policy. It makes it simpler to keep or stop bowling. My daughter and nephews had a lot of fun. They enjoyed their snacks, although a bit pricey, it was tasty.

I've bowled in many leagues for many years, and even managed a bowling alley for almost two years. I thought I was the best at my job.....then I came here. The positive mood was set when I called before I showed up, and Andrew answered the phone. He was so welcoming and polite that I came in with a great attitude. He checked on me frequently to provide any services, and he always approached it respectfully, which is hard to do while accommodating many more guests. He gave me a run for my money, and I no longer think I was the best at that job. Andrew was such a relief that I wasn't expecting, especially considering that I needed to enjoy myself and get my mind off of other things due to my stressful few days on the clock. I won't forget to mention that the alley was clean and I didn't have to ask for any ball returns or pinjams, but Andrews service was so great, that I wouldn't have been upset about any type of lane default. Keep up the incredible work buddy, and I'll defiantly come back next time I have a delivery in this zip code!
