I've stayed at Drury Inns for 15 plus years and I tell all my friends about this place. The Montgomery suites is a regular stop for us, it's convenient to the highway, they offer all the perks and this one in particular has outstanding customer service, from Tammie to be specific. She helped me sort out a reservation error I made, thank you for that. The front desk and 5:30 kick back people are all so helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong staying at this great hotel.

Always pleasant greeting, breakfast is presented well with many choices available. Dinner is ok for occasional meal, and the happy hour is basic. We have enjoyed the king bed room and now prefer the suite that is larger as we occasionally have visitors. Would recommend Drury Inn.

My family comes to Montgomery every year We have stayed in almost every hotel chain in Montgomery. The Drury is, by far, the best. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We had difficulty with the air conditioning and refrigerator. Drew came up personally and took care of everything, with a smile. The rooms in the suites have doors for privacy. This morning we had the best hotel breakfast we've had in all of our visits. We sponsor a large family and friends event every year, with guests from all over the country. We plan to recommend the Drury Inn and Suites to everyone.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in life. The only reason why I stayed here is because the hotel was chosen for me through my job. I was at the Drury for 27 days. For starters, the rooms look decent to the naked eye. But once you look closer and inspect there were issues. The rooms were very dusty. The outside of the TV stand, the inside of the tv stands, the beds, walls, closet, you name it dust bunny central. I was in room 521 and I was bitten on my arm like 20 times by something. I turned my bed inside out, and did not see any bugs but who knows. I was moved to room 328, where a previous person noted the a/c nor the toilet was working. I inspected the bed in this room and did find a live bug on one of the mattresses. The a/c smelled like pickle juice when it was turned on. There were days when several people including myself had to take cold or luke warm showers. They offer free dinner in the lobby from 5-7 pm (the timeframe might be wrong). It's decent especially if you're hungry. For the first week I was there I noticed kids running out of the door with plates of food, so clearly they did not have a room at the hotel. I think the hotel caught on and started locking the front door to key access only. The employees were probably the best part of the hotel, every single one of them were happy and helpful. Shout out to Taisha. She helped me when I was moving rooms and unclogged my toilet. I would never stay here again if given a choice.

We've been frequenting Drury Hotels on our trips over the past 8 months or so and they all have been stellar. Unfortunately on our most recent trip to Montgomery we encountered a hiccup among the stars. Ease of booking and registration: 5 stars. Cleanliness and appearance: 5 stars. Room: 4 stars - (with a caveat)...neat and tidy...but no shower curtain. That was immediately remedied by front desk personnel. (Thank you!) Bed: 3 stars - way too soft in this room. Unlike others we've tried. Sound - acoustics: 1 star...Motorcycles, cars with loud mufflers, trucks on nearby highway kept us awake through the night. Surprisingly, we did not hear noise from other guests. (We were on 5th floor.) Food: 3 stars - typical Drury offerings that vary only slightly from hotel to hotel. Cafeteria-style self-serve. Complementary drinks with Kickback Hour - wine and mixed drinks...very nice if you are into that...but no beer? Rather odd. Breakfast was too crowded so we passed. Somewhat of a disappointment after a long road trip.

We spent the night while traveling to Destin for our honeymoon! The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating! The buffet breakfast was an added bonus! Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great evening and a pleasant night at an affordable cost. Our room was large, clean and all its amenities worked. The staff was attentive and helpful. If we are ever back in the area, I'm sure we will stay here. However, we would probably go to a restaurant rather than partake of the "free" meal that is offered. The employees didn't do anything wrong, but the presence of "free" food turned the room into a bit of a madhouse. People who I suspect would be fine in a restaurant turned into the cast of Lord of the Flies.

These Drury's have really impressed me this year especially during the China virus. They haven't stopped serving hot food and the service u receive is top notch. The beds are always comfy and if u ever forget shampoo @ another hotel they always have it in your room for u. The lobby and the hall on the 7th floor were very clean and tidy. Kudos to the cleaning staff AAA++ I also received a AAA discount so be sure and let them know when booking

For those of you who have followed my exploits, y'all know I tend towards the economy motels, hotels and inns. But, since I'm starting, and celebrating a new life in Georgia, I figured that one night should be in an extremely nice hotel that doesn't cost an arm and a leg for a place where your eye are probably closed longer, than they are open. So, I must say, that Drury Hotels don't disappoint in most things. Only the prissiest of perfectionists would have a problem with my room (a bit of wallpaper curling and mop streaks on an otherwise immaculate tile floor in the bathroom). Check in was pretty easy. And, the desk clerk was professional, yet friendly and courteous. Even though I did read in another review, that dinner was included, I was skeptical. But, indeed it is! They call it, KickBack. And, not only is dinner included, but so are selected drinks! :-o, b And, each night, they have something different on the menu. For my night there, they had the basics such as hot dogs and nachos. Also, they had two different types of soup, salad, black beans, Spanish rice, soft tortillas and grilled seasoned chicken breast strips. I must say, that it was delicious. For breakfast, they offer 3 different of cold cereals, fresh fruit, 2 different types of yogurt, oatmeal, grits, 3 different juices, waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage patties and an assortment of condiments, breads and pastri While I passed on the Sauage gravy (way too thin for a true Southern), I did have grits, eggs, biscuit, sausage and a yogurt. Last night, the soup could have been hotter. But, everything was delicious. The hominy grits (I'm use to yellow corn grits) were okay. But, the eggs, sausage, biscuit and yogurt was excellent. The only problem that a punctual person would have is that the meal doesn't always start serving on time.
