I love it here Levi was great in checking me in . It's like a little apartment. It's clean and updated everything is brand new and it's a great price. I'm going to be here for awhile and it's a home away from home. Until my new home is ready.

Jenniffer g is rude and very unprofessional. She had a attitude from out this world their is roaches. I have been complaining about getting bit and nothing was done at all. Walls are very thin and people be standing outside staring at you at night. Not safe not clean very rude

I made reservations 1 month in advance. When I got there at 11am DEC 2016 to check in, the room wasn't ready. (# 130) Finally, at 5:30pm they let us into the room. Shower was moldy in corners. Needs caulking. The wall paper was peeling and full of mold around the shower head. Hair and grime in the corners of the bathroom floor and odors of urine. The only outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The carpet was completely disgusting and smelled awful. A vacuum wouldn't even help it. It needs to be deep cleaned. In spots your socks would actually stick to the carpet. The front burner in the kitchen doesn't work. I reported the outlet and burner to the front desk, but they did nothing but say, "Ok." Trash all over the parimeter of the building. Beds were old, squeaky and very uncomfortable. This place wouldn't need that much work to make it better. A good cleaning crew, maintenance, new beds and someone to clean up the trash. Frig, TV and internet were good. Everyone we met staying at InTowne was friendly.... some were a little shady, but friendly. No problems there. We accidently left our van door unlocked and the police left a note on our windshield saying they locked it for us. I regret not spending an extra $50 or so and staying somewhere else.
