I'm truly hoping the owner sees this review. Your opening hours are listed as 0630; however, at 0655, this coffee shop is still not open. As I was waiting, another member came in the front door, exasperated, stating "AGAIN!?" I asked what they meant, and they relayed this same thing had occurred the last three days. They then opened the door, where another group said "did it happen again!?" as they all proceeded to walk away. I eventually had to rush out, just to not be late to the next 8 hours of teaching I was required to do on a quick-turn TDY, uncaffeinated. The only other coffee shop on Maxwell doesn't open until 0700, so not only did you lose business, but you're also leaving many members without caffeine and breakfast for who knows how long this has occurred. Please remedy or change your operating hours. Thank you!

This is a great spot to stop by and get some coffee. We're here for training and with class starting at 7:30, caffeine is definitely needed. The girls are nice. However I did go around lunchtime to get a sandwich. I ordered the legend club. The lady did make a smart and unnecessary comment about people not reading the menu, but whatever! I I was hoping to have a good lunch because it should be hard to mess up a sandwich however it was just a lot of lettuce, thick pieces of bread and one freaking slice of turkey meat when it's supposed to have turkey ham and bacon. so I'm almost sure I was bamboozled on that. But since the coffee is good, it's worth giving it a try but Do Not expect too much on the food.

I asked for a green tea latte with oat milk and they gave me a regular latte. I don't know if they put almond milk in it, but it definitely wasn't oat milk. It also tasted disgusting. For food, I got a flatbread which was $12 for chewy chicken and mozzarella, they didn't put the diced tomatoes on it either.

Great place to grab a coffee/sandwich before class. The atmosphere is conducive to working on papers and unwinding at the end of the day. The beers on tap aren't too bad either. Overall - I've spent quite a bit of time here while at school. Check out the toasted club sandwich - it's one of the best I've had!

With COVID, they have removed all indoor seating. My only disappointment with Rickenbakers is that they close so early! These days they are only open from 7am to 2pm Monday ~ Friday. Tried two sandwiches there. Their avocado turkey croissant is not very good. It comes squashed and overall not tasty. Legacy club is very good. Cookies are a bit greasy. Coffee is standard starbucks

The incompetence here is embarrassing. Me: Grande Skinny Caramel Macchiato Cashier: We don't have skinny White Mochas. Me: Caramel Macchiato. And skinny just means nonfat milk and sugar free syrup. Other cashier places two Caramel Macchiatos on the counter. Me: Which one is skinny? Cashier: They both are. Other customer: I didn't ask for skinny. Cashier: You don't like nonfat milk? Other customer: I guess I do today. Cashier: hahaha

Decent food and good coffee but the staff are rude and don't seem to care about customer service. There were 3 people working (one food, one coffee, and one on the register. Wanted 30 mins for a sandwich and ended up having to leave because it was taking so long and I could miss a meeting. There were only 4 food orders ahead of me so it shouldn't have taken too long. When I politely asked how long it might take I was told "it will be done when it's done." Coffee is good though.

Very slow and understaffed. I ordered an egg and cheese muffin and it was only cooked for 27 seconds, wrapped up and handed to me. It was not even warm. It is convenient having a coffee shop near so many schools on Maxwell, but you need to plan 30 min to grab a coffee and/or snack. They really need to expand and get more manning.
