This location ALWAYS runs out of wings. Sometimes as early as 3 hours before close. It's absolutely insane!! Both this and the Taylor Rd. location never have enough to meet the demand in the community. Publix chicken is just as good, they never run out, and they are cheaper!!

The cashier and manager were both friendly enough. The food arrived hot but I really wish I could have received what I ordered. Lesson learned to check the order before driving off. Drove all the way back and the order was remade but what a waste of one hour time and my gas.

I have not been to this location in awhile, although I work less than 3 miles away. The reason I stopped going was because of the service I received. I decided to go there for lunch today and I was pleasantly surprised be the caliber of service I received. I believe it was due to the supervisor that was behind the counter. She was providing great instructions to the staff on ways to improve the efficiency of orders. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes, which means alot to someone with a 30-minute lunch break. I had to call back there when I arrived back at my job and discover the name of this supervisor, her name was Ivey. I informed her that anytime I desire Zaxby's for lunch, I am going to call and ensure she is working before I come. I informed my coworkers of the great service and the great supervisor. I believe we will be making more frequent lunch runs there, as long as Ivey is on duty!!!

I am so VERY DISAPPOINTED and MAD at the Zaxby on the Eastern blvd,yesterday I came through drive-through and ordered a salad. Once I got to the window I asked for a cup of water and the guy sorry we don't do add on at the window. I COULD NOT BELIEVE that he would not give me a cup of water!!! I paid almost $10 for a salad and I was refused a cup of water !!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT ANY ZAXBY'S !!! THEY HAVE SUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Nice chill environment! Lots of sitting space to allow us to relax and hang out without being all up in other peoples space! Nice having the drink machine that can give me any drink I want!! :) delicious food... Hot and fresh! Delightful after a couple hour drive!

I tried the Cajun Club Basket and it wasn't something I felled for. The presentation didn't looked that great. The sandwich bun on top was mushed down hard instead of being pressed softly on top. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was too big to bite into like you're really eating a big ole' burger. I didn't really enjoyed this sandwich like I usually do from the others. The only good thing was their sweet tea.

Pissed... they did not observe the online orders after I arrive 7 min later after the time it would be ready. Had to wait another 20 min. No one offered and apology of any sort. During the encounter, nor after I received my food. A complimentary drink would have been nice but I rather have had an apology of some sort. It goes a long way. An addition, to get home and my wife said she was missing her drink.

They had very poor attitudes. Could not get the orders straightened out when trying to give them to the customers. Kept having to go back and ask for the dressing that was supposed to come with the salad and for forks to eat with. Cashier was very lazy and unprofessional.

I love the chicken offered at Zaxby's. Their breading recipe is wonderful, and the spices they use on their french fries is very good. I visit both locations in Montgomery, but this one is closer to my apartment, so I tend to frequent it more often. The restaurant is always clean and attractive, and the service is usually very good and helpful. The meal I get most often is the chicken finger plate combo, though their sandwiches and wings are likewise enjoyable. The price is reasonable, at around $6~$8 for a meal. There is usually enough parking, though sometimes it gets crowded. The drive through is a lot slower than most fast food places, but they do warn about that on their speakerbox. The bigges obstacle is getting back onto Eastern Boulevard from the access road this Zaxby's is located on. It can be quite difficult at certain times of day. Other than these annoyances, I really can't find any fault with this location. If you enjoy fried chicken strips, or buffalo wings, I highly recommend either location of Zaxby's.

The place itself is kept dirty. It is weird how the workers don't understand why appearance in a restaurant is important.
