We were looking for a sit down, pizza restaurant, and Vocelli pizza. Familiar with the location we felt it would be a good place to enjoy a family meal. Right off the bat we noticed employees parked right on the curb in front of the restaurant. We had to walk around their vehicle to get to the entrance door. Inside the counters, The register in the card machine were all covered in flour. We ordered and had to choose from what was left of bottled drinks to go with our meal. They began preparing our meal. We noticed that they were not using gloves and their sleeves were all in our dough. Once our food was brought to the table, we were pleasantly surprised at the flavor and consistency of it all. It was delicious. They do not wear hairnets and they do not wear gloves when preparing your food. But the food is very good. Unfortunately, we will not be back hygiene and food go hand-in-hand and our opinion.

This past Saturday me and my friends had the pleasure of trying Vocelli Pizza in Greystone! Originally we had no plans to come here. We called one pizza place to make reservations and there website wouldn't allow us and they wouldn't answer the phone. We even left messages and they never called back. We went to that place in person to be told a 2 hour wait so we passed. Called 2 more places and both were 2 hour waits. Last on the list was Vocelli. Guy on the phone goes nobody is in here so you guys can come right in. I said cool 9 people are on the way.

We get there place is empty. For some that's a red flag for others we may have just found a hidden gem. My one issue we all noticed was these guys were very aware we were on our way and every table was dirty and had not been wiped down and we had to wipe them down ourselves. Anyways we get ready to order and I asked the guy about this place and he tells me that they are mostly carry out and not really a dine in place, with me thinking that well this place should be spotless but hey we here.

It's 9 of us and only 3 of them in the kitchen working so we were all very patient waiting on our food we all just bombarded them with. Our orders consisted of wings, cheese bread, multiple types of pizza, and cinnamon rolls.

The pizza was phenomenal like for delivery pizza this was up there and could hang with the best of them. Dough was fresh and ingredients in general tasted fresh. This was really really good and when I talked to everybody there with me we could all agree this pizza gets a solid 8.2/10!

Wings tasted like Domino's wings not bad but not great either. They were okay. 5/10

Cheese bread was really good really cheesy and seemed to have garlic butter on it. Would get again! 7.9/10

The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Fresh baked and covered in their delicious icing! Super soft and super good. 9/10

All in all this place was very good and if I am ever in this area again I will be getting pizza from them again guaranteed. Cleanliness: 6/10 Customer Service: 8.5/10 Food: 9/10

I found it weird on a Saturday this place wasn't busy and it should be. I hope these guys find their audience because yall should definitely check them out!

This is our favorite pizza spot! The salad is so good too! Always excellent customer service! May not be the fastest pizza place, but it’s definitely the most tasty! Our delivery driver even went the extra miles to redeliver our pizza that went to my Moms house, then refused the extra tip! Cannot recommend them enough!

My very first day eating here was Thursday, let me tell you it’s Saturday and I am back my first visit was so welcoming I did a pick up order and as I approached the door I was greeted with such kindness above and beyond service.. And the worth ethics in this place is insane because even being crowded the quality of food is superb !!! Every bite was satisfying.. I will not eat pizza any where else again. This is the place to be .. I absolutely love this place 🥰🥰 sorry about the pics but the food was hot and I had to get to it 🥰

Not your run of the meal pizza! Don't let the small restaurant fool you! The flavor and service could not be better. The young gentleman that waited on us and made our pizza was the type of person you would want working in your business. Very friendly and spot on with making our pizza. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Birmingham.
