This location was clean. Customer service was welcoming and polite with a smile. Easy to read menu, the lettering is big for even those who need glasses.  The food is freshly cooked when ordered. I had 3 wings, 3 shrimp, fried okra, and a drink. Subtotal $15.99 total with tax $17.59.

I'm not sure if the front of the building has recently been painted. But the Sharks lettering on the front of the building blends in with the roofing as it is all painted the same color and you can not see the name of the business from the street.

Every time I came to Tuscaloosa I visited Sharks from 15th to Skyland. As long as the people that owned it was running it everything was always good hot and served in a timely manner. Since the African American man has been at the window the orders have never been right. I even received a long red hair with my food from the woman at the window that does not wear a hair net. I have never seen either with any gloves on. And let’s not mention the extremely loud music that you have to try to talk over. After all of that I still decided to give them another chance only to have my order messed up again. This time  when I brought it to the man’s attention he began to argue with me about what I ordered instead of fixing what I said was wrong! He was very RUDE and very Disrespectful and unprofessional!! I asked for my money back and only got the price of the food and no tax back until I had to say something again! NEVER EVER will SHARKS in Tuscaloosa Al get another dime from me!! I wouldn’t want it if they told me it was free!! Unless you bring back the little Indian lady that was nice and polite and got my order correct!! I would not recommend this place period!!

Food was soggy! In a 2 side order you only get 5 corn nuggets! Extra pay for bread. If you go through drive thru they will keep telling you to pull back around! And they don't know the exact price of the items

Woman working the drive thru window tonight is VERY rude. Had the audacity to say I needed to come inside because I had four orders and she would need to write it down. They were not separate orders but rather one ticket. I’ve never been told that. Then, she had an attitude with every item I proceeded to order as if I was inconveniencing her because she had to write it down. After I got my order I was missing my fried green tomatoes, she got them for me. I asked for tarter sauce and she closed the window so fast I didn’t get a chance to ask for the hot sauce I wanted and when I did asked she looked at me like she was obviously pissed she had to walk to the back. The service here has never been just great… but it was “okay”. I come here quite often and this is my first encounter with her and I hope future encounters are better.

This is the 3rd time Ive order from here, was trying to give them another chance and ordered something different! I didn't get my fries, ranch and the bbq wing had hot ketchup on them not bbq sauce! Gues they thought because I door daahed it I wouldn't notice! They are to busy playing and talking that they not paying attention or listening and very slow! Me andmy friends and church will  not ever order here again
