First time at this location was on a Friday night. Of course , it was packed with the neighborhood kids. I placed my to go order and the customer service was pleasant. I didn't have to wait long for my order, so that was a plus. My 8 count nuggets were kind of dry but the sriracha sweet and spicy sauce + honey pack helped! It was a yummy and just what those nuggets needed. This location can be difficult getting in and out of. The inside was clean and nicely decorated for Christmas.

When it comes to fast food, Chick-fil-A is always my top pick. The service is always good and they will make it right if there is a problem. The drive-through is super quick and you don't have to wait inside either I love their chicken nuggets and instead of the fries, I will get a fruit cup every time. Also, I am glad they serve Coke Zero. A lot of other restaurants only have Diet Coke. If I want a caffeine-free drink, I will go for their Diet Lemonade.

The drive through workers were nice. However I ordered a sandwich with no pickles. Every time I get pickles added even though I request them to be off. This makes the sandwhich soggy. Also received a chocolate milkshake instead of a peach. Big difference, especially with seasonality. Their management really needs to step it up.

I went to Chick-fil-A with a friend around lunch time. I ordered a 3-count chicken strip meal with a root beer for dine-in. The workers were very nice and respectful. We ordered and got our meals within 4 minutes. This Chick-fil-A was very clean and organized. The cashier was very respectful. The employee that brought me my food realized I did not have napkins and she grabbed me a few and brought them to me. That was so sweet of her. Since COVID-19, Chick-fil-A still takes precautions such as wiping the table after each use, having a hand sanitizer dispenser at the entrance, and avoiding cash payments. Overall the staff was super friendly and had amazing communication skills, making this a fantastic experience. I rate this experience a 5/5 and will be returning.

The whole "take your order without a menu before you get to the menu to see it" thing is not working. I ordered a number 1 (chicken sandwich combo) and got a buffalo chicken sandwich. No mayo, which I requested twice. Then we sat in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes because now they have employees outside to hand you your order and they kept taking food to people and then returning it. It was a mess. Then a truck died in the drive through which brought the entire place to a stabdstill. The employees were outside trying to help the truck but could have been redirecting traffic and didn't. It was an absolute mess. I spent 30 minutes doing a simple order and pickup just to get what I didn't order. Not worth the hassle.

There are just entirely too many people just standing around waiting , for anyone's order not to go out correctly!! This is a real shame chik fil a used to be the standard now it's just like the rest! No one seems to care about doing a stellar job and providing top tier service..i mean seriously how hard is it to check the receipt that is literally stuck to the bag and double check that the items the patrons have bought and paid for are in the bag??! No napkins or condiments and most of all not my brownie!!! And!! Before I get ohh everyone makes mistakes and we miss it sometimes this is a reoccurring problem throughout this restaurant now! You might as well be called the chicken hut cause don't nobody give a .........! I stand corrected!! Just got a phone call from the store manager apologizing for the lack of condiments and my brownie said to come back by so he can make it right! So at least this gentleman cares enough about his reputation that he took the time to reach out and extend his apology...Thank you Joe!!

I am legally disabled and I have to use a cane to walk. So when I see Handicap Parking Cheaters it strikes a nerve with me. I've have 2 separate incidents about 2 months apart, where the Chick-fil-A Delivery Vehicle was parked in a Handicapped Space. Neither cars had a Handicap Tag or Placard displayed. I spoke to the manager both time and they seemed uninterested to do anything. The first driver of the delivery cars said that they use the Handicap Space for just a couple of minute to run inside and get there orders. That is illegal and morally unacceptable! This last time on 3/12/22 they were parked in the Handicap Space for over 2 hours. I was there at 10AM and left at 10:30AM. I past the Chick-fil-A again at 12:05 PM and the same Chick-fil-A Delivery Car was in the same Handicap Space! A Door Dash drive parked in a Handicap Space while I was there and he stay in the space for over 20 minutes! The manager, David Sims, didn't do anything to move those Illegally parked cars! Both time I called Chick-fil-A corporate and filed a complaint. I never received a call back for the first complaint that I filed 2 months ago. I did call the police this time and they were coming out to ticket the illegal Chick-fil-A Delivery Handicap Parking Cheater! So, I ask all disabled/handicapped folks to boycott the Chick-fil-A at 513 Montgomery Hwy in Vestavia Hills, Alabama 35216. Also, you can call the store at 205-824-3540 and Chick-fil-A Care at 1-866-232-2040 and tell them how disappointed you are for a Christian base company to allow their employees to break the law and to be so morally bankrupt!!! Had to be by far the worst Chick-fil-A ever! Like every time I have to come to this location because it just happen to be on my way to my house. It never fails the wait is long as hell and the service is okay and orders are always wrong or missing something. I don't write too many reviews but I had to I'm sorry.

This place is ridiculous insane!!!!! If you come here at lunchtime be prepared for a bit of a wait. They had a line out to the main street for drive through and all 9 of the curbside pick up bays were full and required multiple circles around the lot before one came open. Now all of that aside, this is a normal Chick-fil-A (well busy is pretty normal too). For curbside pick up use the app to place the order and identify what type of car you have (most all can be saved in the app for repeat use). When you arrive, let them know what parking spot you have (#'s vary by location). They are just really good and consistent no matter where you go. Food is cooked perfect and orders come out right. They also have really friendly employees that all seem to like what they are doing. If you like chicken and are in the area, this is a great option! Great overall service, and even though they have some long lines, they know how to process a high volume of customers really quickly. Highly recommend!

I went to Chick-fil-a for lunch with friend/classmate. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The employee was really nice and patient while I was trying to decide what I wanted. I got 8 pieces grill nuggets meal for dine in. The food was served very quick. The grill nuggets and the French fries were really delicious. Everything was hot and freshly made. Also, after Covid 19 event, Chick fil a takes many precautions such as having sanitizer dispensers available for customers, clean environment, and disposal packaging for their foods. Most of packaging for the foods are made of paper so it's eco friendly. Overall, the whole experience and food was pretty nice. I would go there again.
