This place wasn't the fanciest or most up to date facility BUT for the price, it was decent. I've stayed in much worse for a lot more. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were immaculate. The real upside was that the rooms had a bedroom closed off to itself from the other bed. If your a high class business person, I don't think you'd be impressed but if you're not too high brow, want to save a few bucks, and get a decent room this place will meet your needs. We're going back without a doubt. Last but not least, the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable.

Well I've stayed in many motels including Americas Best Value Motels but this one takes the cake. After surviving Colon Cancer 5 years later I got the nerve to fly again. I visited my brother in Alaska and stay at this place in Anchorage near the airport as we got in at 1pm in the morning. (2am to us) First the mid-eastern guy in charge was dumbfounded where to put us even with a reservation as I am also disabled and told them so when I made my reservation directly with them, however at that point I told him just a clean room would work but I can't do stairs, I'm disabled and No Elevator. Wow we we shocked when we went into the room, he said this was all he had and we had no choice, however it was late, dark & we really didn't see how bad it was until morning. Holes in the walls, drywall patching everywhere, dirty grimy walls & floors, cracks in flooring and just about the worse pit of lodging I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a few bad places, this takes the cake. Pictures speak a thousand words and when I told them about my grievances the next morning and how bad it was, they had 3 mid-easterners come in and say oh this is fine so I told them I was going to dispute the charge and I will do so when I return. I did give them a chance to refund or do something for us, they said no, please see the pics I also have video too, plus the room was so dirty there was even tobacco chew spit on a baseboard heater they said nothing too when I pointed it out. Please see pics, they deserve 0 stars and I highly recommend to avoid this dump completely and this mentions nothing of the noise and smells in the room, thank god we were only there for 6 hours but for $200, I don't think so, plus the door lock spun in circles and didn't lock. I gave them a chance to make it right but they choose to keep my $200

This place is awful!! Should be shut down. False advertisement with the pictures they have posted, there is a whole building missing. Looks like people are living there and on the grounds behind the building. The 1st room was so gross we checked in then drove around town looking for something else. I guess the average price for staying in Anchorage is $300-$400 a night and that didn't look to be anything epic. If you are planning a trip in advance maybe check it out on google earth first. We returned to the front desk and asked for another room. They showed us one that was not listed as available for some reason when we checked in. It was better but still not anything special. Holes in the wall, door locks not working, still pretty dirty. There is no lobby or breakfast area, didn't see any free breakfast either. There is a check-in counter & a table set up with a coffee maker, water and a microwave. Looked like they did have an airport shuttle, I saw them bringing people in. The town of Anchorage should be ashamed at having such places available to the public. Maybe it would be accepted as a homeless shelter or flop house but the place made you feel like you needed a shower after leaving the lobby. No elevator, hopefully they don't get anyone with mobility issues.

Room was nasty the floors were dirty enough you didn't want to walk around barefoot , sofa was covered in dog hair no way to use it. Room was musty. Killed several bugs. The curtains were nasty looking. The bed was so worn out it seemed like it was from the 60s. I made the reservation on Travelocity and if it hadn't been late and we hadn't just driven 6 hours we would not have stayed.

Neighbors and us booked 2 rooms. Theirs was on the 3rd floor, no elevator or help. Carpets looked like they haven't been cleaned since 1970. Their room had an old chair with foam seat exposed, sticky floors, funky stench and overall filthy. Our room on the 1st floor was a bit better, but not by much. Just not a clean place AT ALL!! Do not recommend staying here.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Rude people, also. I highly recommend spending a little bit more money on ANY other hotel near the airport.

This place was infested with bed bugs. I showed the front desk and they didn't care. Priceline said the manager would be getting back to me for a refund, but that hasn't happened either. I want to warn everyone; these beds are infested with bed bugs. I've never in my life been to such a place that didn't care. We only needed one night stay- we came into the area for my sisters wedding. We will never stay here again; Priceline has the reviews as being decent. Wish we knew better. There's not the same homeless problem of staying at the hotels like this in Juneau.

Dirty and really outdated. Service wasn't that great. There was a burnt out section of the hotel. Super expensive for what you get I booked through Priceline and completely got bamboozled with inaccurate pictures of what it was supposed to look like. Also I heard people walking all night long on the floor above my head. Please don't make the same mistake I did. This place needs a huge overhaul. It's not healthy and it doesn't feel safe.

It is a one star hotel but an extra star for the staff. It's not their fault this place is so rundown. We were only here for a night to get ready for a cruise. My family of 3 had a 2 room suite. I checked the mattresses first for bugs. They looked brand new but they were black and grey making bugs hard to see. But there were none. The front part of the hotel had a fire and is boarded up. It looks like it's slowly getting repaired. Meanwhile the other part of the hotel is lined with couches up and down the hallway. The laundry room has spilled out into the hallway also. Sheets and towels were piled up everywhere, There are no tvs in the bedrooms, just wires sticking out of the walls. I'm not sure what the future of this hotel is.

This place is a biohazard. Sooo disgusting. There was a garbage can outside the door catching drips from upstairs. There are homeless people talking to the bench outside, and old cars and trucks that are broken down in the parking lot. This is the kind of place they rent by the hour. There was pubic hairs and crunchy things in both of the beds, and stuff running down the walls. It was FILTHY. The front desk person came out of his room, and he had a hoard from floor to ceiling. The toilet seat was loose and coming off the toilet. The kitchenette was so dirty, I wouldn't ever eat there. The hotel burned a year ago, so it is nothing like the pictures on Priceline or Expedia. My one night there was so disgusting, they should be paying me for the trauma. Located in a high crime area. Will never go back. YUCK, YUCK, YUCK.
