Gave this place another try as I was in the area and saw cars there so I assumed they were open this time. 1- when I drove up to the speaker to order the guy asked me what I wanted. I let him know I needed a moment to look at the menu. I began to order and he told me to wait a minute. A minute was 3 minutes of waiting to order. I ordered a sonic blast with Oreo and pretzel with cheese. 2- hopefully you can see in my photo this is the kind of place that gives you a cup of vanilla ice cream and knot the toppings on top. Nothing actually mixed in.

This place is a hot mess. They have unique drinks and some food items, where else can you get pickle fries?! Unpopular opinion is you are better off using the app. It just annoys me that they can do half price drinks in the app but that isn't a thing when you just drive up and order. Like why?! Same with the grocery stores, making you use an app if you want anything good. I get why this is popular in places where it's hot because the drinks are where it's at. (As long as they make them correctly which they definitely have not in the past.) I got a limeade slush for half price in the app, pickle fries, and $1 pretzel stick (also app deal) both pretzels were very dense and a bit undercooked. cheese was fine. The pickle fries were not crispy at all, but everything was very hot. I would not pay four dollars for a small pickle. The batter was very soggy. It's like they were so hot because they microwaved them. I ordered in the app then you drive into a stall to order. The lobby was closed. It has been closed as far as I know except when it first opened and that was a hot mess as well. Nobody was in the drive thru. This time my order took 15 minutes. There was one kid running out the orders, literally, he was literally running after he gave you your food. Car after car.

Customer service is horrible. I mean the guy tried. I asked for sweet tea. He brought me regular tea and when I told him I didn't want sugar added cause then the sugar just sits on the bottom that I bought sweet tea from there before and there was no problem, but the day that I went, there was a problem so then this other guy comes from around the backside and says here didn't you make her one and he goes and add sugar to the tea and comes back to me and I said I told you I didn't want it because you put sugar in it. See what it does on the bottom of the cup. It just sits there you can see the sugar you added it. They didn't offer my money back. Nothing they didn't have no customer service. The place is horrible The review wants me to post it in STARZ, but I can't give it a half a star, but that is my posting.

Fast service for a Sonic drive-thru under five minutes from ordering until food in hand. Normally this location is slow but today must've been a good day. Food came in an old school box to enjoy food in the car with more ease. Tuck and Marcus are doing a great job working the drive-thru. Onion rings had a slightly sweet vanilla taste but overall not bad. Mozzarella sticks had great cheese pull but they didn't include the marinara sauce.

rude. rushed me at the drive through when i literally just pulled into it and didn't even have a chance to read menu. food was mediocre which its sonic so whatever but man i know these people hate their jobs but its ridiculous how sonic just happens to have the absolute worst customer service ive ever seen

Came here 6 times trying to get the smash burger and they NEVER HAVE IT. Absolute trash service. Fries are hard and stale. They should have left this as a Carl's Jr.

This location is still very broken. Why? How hard can it be to run a Sonic? It has been years now, and still this location can't get it together. We tried to go there this evening, pulled into a spot (we just wanted shakes, and the app has said all week that this location isn't doing app orders), hit the red button, and they came in to say they weren't serving parking spots, only drive thru. Why? Why is this Sonic so bad? Last time we were here, last September, they simply screwed up the order, and we didn't catch it until about ten miles down the Seward highway. So no app orders, the half off shake deal is app only, so can't do that, can't order in a parking spot, and drive thru had a long line. We ended up at McD across the street. Interesting business model, Sonic. Make it so people can't order. McD says thank you.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered a drink for myself, and a Reese's sonic blast for my husband. As soon as we pulled away he asked me to try his blast because it tasted weird. I tried it and it legit tasted like an ashtray. Like someone dumped the Reese's with cigarette ash and mixed it or something. We brought it back and told them it tasted like an ashtray. They re-made it and guess what? Still tastes like ashtray. Did someone dump an ashtray in the ice cream machine or something? This is the worst sonic I have ever been too and I never want to come here again. If that's what the blast tastes like IMAGINE what it looks like back there. Makes me want to barf just thinking about it. Waste of money and time.

Came to this location at 5pm on a Sunday. Was told they were only serving door dashers and people who ordered ahead on the app. I've never seen a place cater to those who aren't there in person. Especially three hours before closing. Gave my money to a competitor and won't be back.
