My girl and I were on an Alaskan cruise, and we needed some good coffee. Multiple locals told us about this place and it was amazing. The coffee was fantastic, the food was very good, the atmosphere was great just a really fun little coffee shop. I will definitely go back. I have a soft spot for coffee shops that roast their own beans. Their cookie was epic!

The location was very easy to walk to from the cruise port. The staff were very friendly and seemed to have lots of locals stop in for a treat. I got the iced americano and it was delicious! I'd definitely come back to this location!

We dipped in to Coppa for a pastry and a coffee, and enjoyed both! My partner had a mocha and I opted for the Aztec hot cocoa, which had a nice kick to it. Their savory pastry with egg was flaky and delicious. I always love cafes with Pride flags and signs that signify a queer friendly space! ‍

Walked here from the cruise port to get a break from the weak, lazy espresso drinks on the Crown Princess. So glad we did! Our lattes were stellar and their turkey club panini was scrumptious. They use a thick smokey bacon that gives it extra flavor. We can see why it is a locals' favorite spot. Service was slow during lunch rush, but they kindly warned us about the wait. Quality takes time,I believe.

I made the mistake of ordering their vegetarian panini sandwich! It was so soggy I couldn't eat it without it ending on my lap. The coffee was good which is where I should have stopped. The pastry that was offered was pretty picked over by lunch time. I recommend the coffee !

Standard breakfast/lunch cafe type place. 10 or 15 tables inside plus 3 outside. Staff are nice. Sandwiches are on the small side but the price reflects that. Honestly my favorite thing I ate was the gluten "friendly" berry scone - I'm not gluten free but it looked good and it was good!

Perfect cute little spot and creative drink offerings. Brian loved just the drip coffee (smooth) with a little cinnamon. The Hot Honey latte was another fun one. We also snagged an egg and spinach spiral which is like a croissant-wich but rolled up cinnamon roll style. Duh-licious. Gotta get back to try the neat ice cream flavors!

(For those who aren't aware) Coppa just recently started roasting their own coffee beans! Being the persnickity coffee snob that I am, I was intrigued by their new venture and ordered a bag of their dark roast -- Midnight Harmony -- for personal homebrew'n. I opted for the French Press: 5 tbspns coarse burr-ground into a 4-cup FP, steeped at ~200F for 10 minutes. Results: excellent! This blend is very smooth, with nutty overtones, and a chocolatey finish. No bitterness, relatively calm (not super bold and in-your-face), and very drinkable straight-up. I prefer my coffee black, though find that few coffees 'make the grade' and require some cream to compensate for their lack of flavor and drinkability. This one, however, passed the test and then-some. I'm drinking the Midnight Harmony black, and loving it. Great job Coppa!

All taste amazing and they have gluten free options for some goodies and meals!! I like a good bowel of homemade soup and this is my go to place. Ingredients are fresh and the staff is very friendly. Coppa is known for their creative espresso coffee menu which is also yummy sitting by their big windows!!

Got a regular with two flavors - the peanut butter fudge and birch pecan. Both really creamy and tasty. Also tried the spruce tip - very unique flavor but delicious! The deep chocolate and blueberry cheesecake flavors looked pretty good as well - I'll be back next time to try some more. They also carry espresso drinks and hot chocolate for some warmth..
