Maten var färsk och väl presenterad. Litet urval av saki men hade min favorit så det var bra. Kryddig tonfisk var inte överdrivet och hade god balans mellan smaker. Tjänsten var till sak med lite chitchatt.

Vi var mycket nöjda med vår middag på Jimmy's!  Vi hade glädjen att uppleva lite olika sushi och gillade det hela. Kommer från Hawaii, jag var jag chockad att finna så lite sushi affärer med tanke Alaska är det lax Capitol. Såg stället köra igenom Eagle Rock och bestämde mig för att ge det en chans. Kid åt lax don $ 18 . Det medföljde 9 fat chokladkakor lax sashimi dessutom. utsökt. Jag beställde den 2 /$ 15 sushi rulle. En var en kryddig tonfisk och den andra lax. Jag trodde det skulle komma nigiri stil, men inte så. Kryddiga tonfisk var ok, medan köttet var mer på det pulvriserade sida. Lax är mycket bättre. Honung fick den bento box menyer och det var alla utsökta. Den exempelvis tempurafriterade räkor hade en lätt men spröda över chokladsmeten. Spareribs var tunna men rätt smakrikt. Alla våra måltider kom med misosoppan. Jag trodde att det var bra. Det är en blandning av en del thailändska, koreanska, japanska och koreanska mat här.
Servicen var snabb och effektiv. De lämnar en behållare av vatten på ditt bord till oövervakad - tjäna.
Mitt betyg är baserad på sushi som jag har haft i Alaska. Det finns ingen jämförelse med sushin i Hawaii. Igen, jag är chockad det inte finns fler sushi affärer på AK. Verkar som mest är alehouses. Jimmy's var ganska bra och jag skulle definitivt äta här igen om man är i området.

Min familj och jag älskar sushi och thailändsk mat. Vi hade deras sushi och curry. Min man var tvungen sitt behov bulgogi och vi alla vänstersida glad och nöjd. Sushi var gjord fräsch och curry var kryddiga och varm precis som jag vill med massor av smak. Vi älskar det så mycket vi åkte 3 gånger i en vecka.
