Bought a Redbull and a candy bar and used the restroom. I shop here regularly but today I noticed it was extremely dirty which I don't remember ever being an issue in the past, but it actually disgusting honestly, to the point I, at the very least felt it necessary to make mention to customer service, which took quite awhile before anyone was even available to help, (it seems to be a bit busy today, at what I would think is probably prime time 3:00-4:00 PM) but when I finally got someone's attention who showed up behind counter, (the customer service area in front or store, where cigarettes are kept etc,) the young man, (early 20s I would think,) was of very poor hygiene and EXTREMELY dismissive and rude. I was seriously shocked, and thought to myself, "this isn't really happening is it?" Since I in no way felt heard, and hardly acknowledged, I asked him if I could please speak with a manager to address my concern. He, seeming annoyed by my request said yes, he would page one, before disappearing into the front office space behind a locked door, which in the 10 plus minutes I waited never came back out of... Neither did a Manager, nor did any supervisor, or other associate/representative of the establishment. So, here I am, trying to express what I observed, and what happened today. Carrs,Carry, Safeway, Albertson's, or whatever you are (be called, owned by, Maybe Fred Meyer I've recently heard,) I am

Very Disappointed, Concerned, and frankly Appalled by what I witnessed and experienced today. You need to step it up, and right the ship!!! I've been a regular patron at this store for a number of years, and have NEVER gone through a fiasco such as this, at this location (or at another come to think of it, like ANYWHERE,) and that is saying something. Soooooooooooo, anyways.....
I just thought you should know, as I would think it important to address, and possibly pretend as if this would be as important to you, (which it not being, apparently, by the facial display and subtle sounds made, by the young gentleman at customer service, AND the lack of action or follow through to address, attend to, or notify anyone else of such/or my desire for an audience with them, is the only reason I [not happy that I am doing so at all] am sitting here in my truck, writing to you via this review, now, ) as it is/would be, to a loyal, normally upbeat, (even jolly most days,) yet NOW Quite concerned, as well as very irritated (trying to help in bringing such to notice, even though it is absolutely NOT MY JOB,) customer/guest/client/ neighbor-family-community member...

I bought a bohemian coffeemaker 14 dollars and it broke in two weeks at the seam water started leaking. I tried to get a return from Tai and refused since I didn't have the box & I said I would buy another . But then she said you still need the box . These coffee makers are crap don't waist your your money!!!!!

Store has a great selection of many items including but not limited to household stuff and groceries I love the produce here the salads are out of this world and the customer service is knowledgeable and professional the store is clean and you can even buy stuff for tourists like Alaska t-shirts and keychains. I love that I can pick up so many items here it is my One stop shop on the way home from work I can buy dinner and dessert all-in-one place so I will be returning to the store again and again.

10/08/23- I stopped by this morning around 10am. The young man making sushi rolls was nice and proud of the food he makes and sells.
The older lady in Deli wasn't as nice. She seemed put out. Didn't want to answer my questions so I left her.
The specials look good and I'll return to order some Ramen Noodles.
The meat dept has a great seafood selection.
The store is clean and the staff up front are friendly.
Tell grumpy in Deli to lighten up. She could drop your score down.

My son had surgery resulting in needing three different RXs. I went to different Walgreens and they were all closing early and had long lines. As a last ditch effort I stopped at the Carrs Pharmacy and everyone there was so friendly and kind. I was able to drop off the RXs after just a short wait. Everyone there went the extra mile in getting me taken care of. Thank you!
