This little hole in the wall place is absolutely delightful for a fast serviced lunch. I wish that they would open a second location for better parking alone, because they share a lot with about 14 other businesses. Sometimes very inconvenient to grab lunch to go..  because there's nowhere to park.

TLDR: Come here now! It’s one of those must visit places in Anchorage.

When I got married (2016) I was able to order a few hundred macaroons for party favors. They were so yummy! All the colors and flavors.

Since then, I have gone here for more delicious food. Salads (who hasn’t?!) sandwiches and more. Now there’s the ice cream sandwiches I spied in the freezer (I haven’t tried it yet…)

😍🍥 These macarons are amazing!!! Each one had its own unique flavor profile like their “rose lychee” where first you are introduced to the effervescence of the rose then comes the sweetness of the lychee! The passion fruit macaron was probably the best I’ve ever tasted with the Orange Creamsicle as close second! Sooo good!!!

I never post reviews, but this experience was so disappointing. We waited 20 minutes for one matcha order because there was a large group order ahead of us, which is understandable. However, it was frustrating when the barista served customers behind us before getting to our order, even though we were clearly next in line. When we pointed out that we were in a hurry, she assured us our order would be next. Then, just as it was finally our turn, she went to the bathroom without saying anything and had her coworker make our drink instead. Why couldn’t her coworker have made our drink earlier if she didn’t intend to complete our order?

To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced poor treatment at your café. My daughter also visited previously and was treated rudely. The staff didn’t acknowledge her when she tried to speak to them, but they still took her order without any engagement or kindness. These incidents have left us feeling like we’re not welcome—almost as if your staff doesn’t like serving Asian customers.

I hope you’ll address these customer service issues and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness. My kids really love your macarons and have always been a fan of your food. Hence, this of behavior was very unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

One of my very favorite places.  And I have been frequenting them since they were just a table at the mall.  🤤 So awesome to see this small business grow.  Love the rotating sandwiches and salads. So much flavor.  Get there early for the beet salad.
