Wings & Things is one of the things my family misses the most about living in Anchorage Alaska. But after reading these reviews, it is obvious the owner is the weak link in achieving 5 star reviews. An apology goes a long way, and a coupon to replace sub-par product goes even further. The dissatisfied reviewers are not attacking you, so don't take it personally. They are helping you improve your business.

Through door dash, I ordered a 20 piece all flappers with fries and celery sticks. Received 11 drumsticks, 9 flats, and no fries. Chicken so overcooked the bones crumbled. Only edible portion of my meal was the celery sticks. I called and was told that they only do the all-flats "when it's possible." If that's true, they need to remove the option from their door dash menu. 35 bucks worth of food went in the garbage and that is not how I roll. Not gonna be ordering from these guys again. Service gets 2 stars because they answered the phone.

Unfortunately, this is l ast time I get disappointed. This is their $12 medium (more life side salad size) with “extra” chicken. I basically just give them my money in hopes they will add it. This salad has less then 1 chicken tender cut up in mini bite sizes. And that’s with extra? Again. Last time I give them a chance. Do not recommend them.

My order was delivered with partially eaten food in the small container that should have contained celery and ranch. This is unacceptable and so disgusting.

And their response is "that's not food this restaurant serves"
How did it get in my delivery then is what I ask. Embarrassed for this business
