Ordered breakfast for takeout from here on a recent trip through Flagstaff. Big fan! Food is delicious and the price is right - nice break from the LA prices I was used to. Easy to order online and food was ready earlier than the estimated time. My iced latte was made upon pick-up - appreciated that! I got the keto bowl with avocado instead of bacon; my husband got the croissant sandwich. We were very happy with our food choices and recommend both!

Great Sandwich Spot. I had a Ruben that was awesome. They have inside seating, as well as outside seating. They also have a juice bar if you just want a smoothie or something similar. Off street parking and I imagine this only gets better as it warms up.

The food is fantastic and the staff is great! I left my purse and was called by the manager before I even knew it was missing. They kept it safe until I was able to come pick it up, they even offered to deliver it to me. I just picked it up and all my cash and everything was still in my purse. Best place in Flagstaff for Breakfast and lunch! The gluten free options are fantastic!

Will say, smoothies/cappuccino and service were good. It’s hard to justify to food quality to the cost… waited 22 minutes for takeout and waffle was completely soggy/cold and avo toast was mediocre but comical looking at it.  11 pieces of fruit for $4, not including the taxes and tips. Perhaps eating there is a different experience because once I got home i put the waffle in the oven and its was good.

Edited to 5-stars - My partner and I have eaten here a bunch over the past couple years and have always had awesome experiences - the food is amazing, especially the Tuscan and Italian sandwiches.  We had a rough one today, which was the origin of this review, and the owner reached out almost immediately (responding to this post as well as reaching out via phone).  I thought to delete the post entirely since our experience was obviously a fluke and not a reflection of Eat & Run, but the incredible customer service, highlighted in the owner's response to this post, deserves to be seen.  Go eat here!!
