Absolutely incredible from start to finish. I haven’t received service this incredible in a LONG time, even at 5 star hotels. The staff are all AMAZING. It’s clear there is a great culture here, and management should be proud of the team they’ve hired and the positive, hard-working culture they’ve instilled. I was blown away repeatedly by the staff, and appreciated the amenities that made everything feel that much more luxurious. (Like the local car service, towel warmer that actually warms your towels, turn-down service, free snacks and drinks fully stocked in the room, etc). They have thought of everything possible to make our stay incredible.

The rooms are ALL identical. The differences in price account for views and privacy. While you can’t go wrong, since the rooms are all glass, it’s tougher to walk around half naked without closing the curtains to the beautiful view. With that said, it’s a very small resort and not a lot of foot traffic, so it wasn’t uncommon to feel we had the place to ourselves.

Trails are all nearby and the team will happily drive you in a beautiful Lexus. The restaurant was good, but drinks are pricey. It’s understandable since they pour their heart and soul into making delicious creative cocktails. I will be recommending this place to everyone, and will stay here when/if I travel back to Sedona.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We stayed here for our girls trip. Many will be on the fence because of the cost but it is worth it.  The staff and customer service there were some of the best I have ever had.  The amenities including the pool, hot tub, restaurant, spa, and shuttle service made it worth the cost alone. All of the food was outstanding.  The drinks were always on point.  Not to mention the atrium style rooms, which were gorgeous, well appointed, and due to their stand alone construction you did not have to share any walls with neighbors.  Like much of Sedona, gorgeous views wherever you look. You will pay more but you will enjoy the MOST.

Wow. It’s actually challenging to write a review that will encapsulate what an actually incredible place and experience this is. We decided to book Ambiente for our Sedona wedding hotel accommodation and we knew we wanted special, so any realm of a budget aside we wanted best of the best and landed on Ambiente. We have absolutely ZERO regrets in doing so and Ambiente was actually the most memorable stay. For starters, you have the obvious benefits of a luxury stay — absolutely stunning and unique properties, incredible dining, beautiful amenities. What really stuck with us, though, was the absolute devotion all of the staff had in making our stay incredible. They absolutely went above and beyond (our jaws dropped on multiple occasions) and I don’t believe we heard the word “no” a single time. We were so pampered, the whole experience felt nothing shy of regal. So, thank you, Ambiente for an incredible beautiful wedding stay and thank you even more immensely to the staff that made us feel even more special.

I have traveled all over and stayed in tons of hotels…this has by far been the best experience! Hotel is beautiful, clean, and so nice. Experience was phenomenal - so luxurious, better than any 5 star I’ve stayed in!
Staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Dory, Richard, and Rene were amazing going above and beyond and thinking of everything! I could not rave enough about our stay and their amazing staff! Will 100% be coming back and recommending!

Had a wonderful & relaxing time at Ambiente over the holidays. They were at low capacity, so it was really quiet and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves.
Everyone that works here is top notch and they truly offer stellar service.
The only thing I had an issue with is that the spa is tiny and feels like a random day spa. It doesn’t have a steam room, hot tub, or showers. There’s a small co-ed sauna outside the front door but otherwise no real spa amenities. Considering how luxurious the rest of the property is (and that it was built from the ground up) I’m surprised they didn’t have a better spa. But thankfully my massage was great!!
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would 100% stay here again when we’re in Sedona.
Bed is comfy, robes are cozy, the shower had perfect pressure and we spent lots of time on the roof.
