The food was ok. The customer service was ok. The food did not taste like Chicago. The Italian combo barely had any beef and plenty of sausage. I gave it three stars because the food was ok. If you want food, this is the place. If you want Chicago food, this is not the place.

What a nightmare!  Ordered take out said ready in 35 min. Was actually 73 min for one pizza and a salad.  At least what they call a salad.  There was literally no lettuce it was just the toppings in a container.  I also ordered a bottle of salad dressing didn’t get it.  When I got home and realized I called the restaurant and asked to speak to manager 10 min later someone picks up the line.  I explained the situation and the guy couldn’t have cared less. His solution was to place a credit of 20 dollars under my phone number for next time I visit, to compensate me for the 23 dollars of stuff I didn’t receive.  With the many dining options around I would steer clear of this one.  If you’re just craving Chicago pizza. Lou Malnati’s is opening in Surprise next month. Go there Rosatis is a bust!

First time at Rosati's and must say I am now a fan. Only had a Combo sandwich and fries but, wow.

Also had a side of Giardiniera peppers, marinara and Au Jus. Excellent add to a already great sandwich

Called at 903pm ordered an XL sausage pizza and a medium Hawaiian with BBQ sauce instead of red sauce and I was told 25 minutes . When my daughter got there at 940pm she was told another 10 minutes they had to remake the pizza they burned it.45 minutes later at like 1012pm we only got 1 pizza and somehow someone clearly shouldn’t be taking orders if they can’t get it right !!!! The pizza that came out was an XL Hawaiian with sausage ??? And when I complained it was wrong I was told  they already shut everything down so I couldn’t even get my CORRECT order after like an hour and fifteen minutes. You guys screwed up a lot in the past but lately everything has been really good and I spend a couple hundred a month here but I guess it’s time to just travel further to get some good Chicago pizza !!!!!

It’s family fun day and we went on a hunt for some pizza and wings. We wanted to get a little farther from home for something we don’t typically have or something new and came across this location. We’ve had Rosati’s quite a few times at other locations over the last decade, but today’s was the best by far. Brenna our server was part of that the moment we walked in. She was all smiles, came right to our table to greet us and answered any and all questions we had in between taking our drink orders. I’ve been eating on the healthier side lately (sad I know lol) and while I did order a side salad I indulged in a few slices of the classic combo we ordered. My son chose the build your own pasta with penne, meat sauce with Italian sausage and it was phenomenal (I ate some of that too ha ha). Are you even living your best life if you don’t try all the yummy things? We also ordered some hot wings and with a yelp check in with dine in purchase we received free dough nuggets as well. Score yet again! Everything came out quickly. Our salad and wings first. Dough bites soon followed. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the edges lightly crisped but not burnt. So many veggies and yummy sausage. The wings were good size, sauced well and good little kick. The dough nuggets were seasoned well and a huge portion. My son loves dipped them on his pasta sauce. He ate every single piece lol. I’d say that means the dough nuggets were a hit. He made a huge dent in the pasta, but had to take some home because the portion was huge. He’s a teenage boy you eats so much so that says a lot. The vibe was sports bar type with high tops, booths and of course bar seating. Tons of tv’s for all the sports and noice level was actually not too bad. Everything was great and we’re already planning another visit.
