The best French dip in Phoenix Arizona!! I have been looking for the best French dip and I found it here. You can get it with brisket or tri tip depending on if you like it fatty or lean! I highly recommend you come try the BBQ’ here!! The staff is amazing and the food is amazing!!

I had a combination with brisket and pulled pork. It also came with collard greens, jalapeno cornbread, coleslaw, and peach cobbler.
Everything was amazing. Brisket was melt in your mouth. We'll definitely be returning.

This was my first time here. The staff is amazing. The host at the front was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the combo with extra wings. The meat was so flavorful and tender. Way too much food for one sitting. I don't eat carbs, so unfortunately, I didn't partake in any of the yummy sides, but i did try the greenbeans and the collard greens and they were GOOD!. Monday is a good day to go. They have a discount and a deal for extra ribs. I very much enjoyed my meals and would highly re o.mend this place.

I am not even sure how these guys stay in business with a better BBQ joint right next store. The Brisket was dry and over cooked. Honestly if I owned a restaurant like this I would either learn to make Brisket better, or remove it from the menu. I learned how to smoke Brisket on You Tube, anyone can learn and make better brisket than this.

Response, I ate here Tuesday for lunch, Wednesday across the street, and Today (Thursday) at Little Miss (Naked Q is too far from work). I love Brisket.  Where to start, Meat Church, Mad Scientist, Malcolm, Franklin. All great channels. I will give this place another chance next week on my round of BBQ Lunch.

So I gave Can't Stop another chance 8/28/24. I ordered a half pound of Point Brisket. The cashier had no clue what I  was talking about. I said from the fatty side,"oh no, we trim the fat the same front to back". No, I want the fatty, moist side, as opposed to the flat or lean side. The cashier said I'll ask in back. What came out was mostly point. It had better bark, but was still under-seasoned. At least this time it wasn't dry. 3.5 out of 5 stars. Most BBQ joints I go to offer fatty or lean, and let people know when they are out of the fatty.
