Awesome food and great service. The staff was polite and patient with me, a first time customer. I really enjoyed the food too. I added this to my favorites.

The Skinny: The food was plentiful and delicious, service was meh....
Details: We ended up ordering the family meal which was in essence quite a bit of food. So go hungry if you plan on going! The food tasted fresh and was plentiful and well worth the money. The food was fast-casual so it was ordering at the counter and the drinks were self serve which was a big plus for me and the kids.
Should you go: Definitely go. It was good
The bad: The only "bad" thing was the person at the counter. You could tell she was just "not feeling" the work thing that day. She was very curt and sighed quite a bit when I had questions for her which did not seem to be the best attitude to have if you are in customer service. Again, she could have just had an off day so I will give her the benefit of the doubt.

Never going back. Macaroni salad was nearly flavorless. The steamed cabbage was not seasoned at all and was not good. The teriyaki chicken I got was decent, but nothing to make me want to go back. The service sucked and the cashier was not helpful at all. Lame place. Go somewhere else

Admittedly, its been a year since I was last here but this place just sucked. Got a chicken katsu and it was dry as hell. The cashier was literally in crutches as she took my order. LIKE how can anyone think that's a good look on your business??

There are so many better asian spots in this plaza. Do yourself better and try them out. This place can go bankrupt for all I care.

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years, ( I had one good review but deleted it due to this experience)never did I have any issues until this cashier/asst manager appeared.   This lady is very rude and has an attitude when ordering large amounts of food.  My last experience was my last.  I had tooken my girlfriend out to eat here once, i ordered two orders of Chicken amd Beef Teriyaki plates to dine in, I opened my plate and I noticed that my Beef teriyaki was full of fat and no Beef.   I immediately showed the cashier/asst.manager lady and she told me sorry that's what I ordered, I immediately asked for the manager but she said that I had to wait 20 min for him to maybe show up.  The cook in the back heard me and gave me 2 new plates with no fat, the cashier/asst manger told me "you happy now" i asked what did you say and she ignored me and turned around.  I didn't return to this establishment for over 9 months.  After those months I figured the food got better and the management so I returned.  I entered the restaurant and apparently the cashier/asst manager lady was still there and she recognized me. I ordered one Chicken and Beef teriyaki plate for me to dine in and I told her that I haven't been here due to the last bad experience I had.  The cashier/asst manager lady told me "if you don't like the food go to Filibertos like your ppl do", I told her she was very unprofessional and that I wanted to speak to the owner, she told me she was the owner and to leave.  I told her I would be doing a review on this restaurant and on her.  There was 3 other latino couples there waiting for there food and asked for there money and told her she was racist.  This establishment had good food but went down and to add insult to injury this Cashier/Asst manager has no customer service skills to include manors.  Very disappointing with this small business that I supported for so long, I will never go back.
