From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was perfect. The decor, lighting, and overall vibe created a comfortable and sophisticated dining environment. But what truly set Hon Machi Sushi apart was the personal touch provided by the owner herself. She waited on us, and her service was not just impeccable but also infused with genuine warmth and engaging conversation. It’s rare to find a place where the owner takes such an active role in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

The sushi chefs at Hon Machi Sushi deserve special mention. Watching them skillfully craft each dish added to the overall experience, and their creations were nothing short of phenomenal. Despite living 45 minutes away, the drive is more than worth it for the exceptional dining experience Hon Machi Sushi provides. We will undoubtedly return again and again, eagerly looking forward to each visit.

Did take out for our first try if this place. Everything was delicious. Flavorful, fun, and fresh.

Ordered: Garden roll, BBQ Salmon roll, Las Vegas roll, cherry blossom roll, and the Good Mood roll*.

For 2 people who can put away sushi, we couldn’t finish our order. We basically had 1.5 rolls left.

I definitely want to come back!

*I originally thought this was the Garden Roll bc it had veggies and so much fish.  But i remember I ordered the good mood roll. It was my favorite! Whoever did the Good Mood rolls on Halloween, please make it a staple.

Attended a work dinner, the atmosphere was great, service initially was really good, but then seemed like they forgot about us.

It didn't damper the experience but was noticeable.

The drinks were great, the sushi was great, the night was a hit.

I came in at happy hour, and the menu for happy hour is confusing. I thought I ordered a crazy rainbow roll but apparently the crazy roll and rainbow roll are two separate things. The alcoholic beverages here are horrific! Worst Moscow mule I've ever had! I actually exchanged it for the lychee martini ( which was $2 more, not on a happy hour.... And actually worst!) I think everything is just premixed.  They just taste sickeningly artificially sweet! I may give the sushi another try, but definitely won't come here again for drinks!!! Zero stars for those. The server was nice and welcoming!

Happened upon this place because the brewery we came to visit wasn't open yet.  Hon Machi was all that and a bag of chips. Their lunch specials and happy hour specials were legit.  The sushi was awesome. Fresh sushi grade fish and sticky rice, no mayo added, and the crab puffs were bomb as well as the Las Vegas roll.  Sorry no photos because it was that good.
