For a quick back story, used to be my favorite pizza place. We had a not too pleasant of an experience about a year and half ago and figured we would give them another shot so I could change my previous review.  Got it and now there is over an inch of crust that is cooked with the deep dish pizza. Assuming they are doing this to save on cost, but I’m done with the lack quality control and will not be going back.

Nothing on the individual that I just spoke with, but ordered a Chicago deep dish a couple of days ago, waited over 50 minutes just to be told that the pizza wasn't servable and that they would comp the pizza and send out another one to our residents.

Received the pizza and fried mushrooms later with a nice note. However, found out that I was still charged for the pizza and called to ask why. The manager on duty informed me that they comped  the mess up, but I was still responsible for the pizza that was sent out. If there wasn't a miscommunication, I wouldn't have waited for an hour half to pay $34 for a pizza.

THIS REVIEW HAPPENED AT RAY RD. NOT ALMA. I APOLOGIZE! There were 4 of us,  we all ordered. Our waitress was wonderful but young and had no ideas about wine or what kind of beer they had.  We waited at least an hour for our food and many others had eaten and left that came in after us.  3 of us got our food.. it was delicious but the other person never got his pizza.  We inquired, they said it was coming.  Well the 3 of us were completely done eating and still no pizza for our friend. I called the manager over and she apologized but still no pizza.  About almost a half hour after we were done it came.  I raved to my friends about the pizza so I was embarrassed.  The pizza came out with real thick wavy crust.  Did Not order thick! He took the toppings off 2 pieces and boxed it up and we left.  Rosati's is the best in my eyes but I was so disappointed.  I do APOLOGIZE,  this happened on RAY RD NOT ALMA.

Ordered a pizza from this location because it’s closer to my daughter’s school when I pick her up, got a pizza that I normally get and I’ve ordered from there before long story short, there was a confusion with the coupons and discounts. The girl that I think is the manager wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t offer any Type of recommendations due to the fact, the ones I was trying to use were in accurate cause I was driving. Anyways, when I got the survey just submitted the standard stuff and you know mentioned What happened, the owner called me whose name is Lee Apologize and I told him it was fine. You know it’s something that can be coached up, He offered to put money on the account. I accepted, call back couple weeks later to order pizza ask the girl how much money did you put on the account? She said there’s nothing on your account not even A order. A little confused I asked is Lee the actual owner. She affirmed that he was. I asked her to have him call me never heard from him. Ultimately, it was a bad experience picking up the pizza then it became a bad experience dealing with the owner, which makes sense now so I go to the one on Thomas the new owners that have it. There are very good at accommodating whatever your order is and making sure that you get exactly what you order exactly how you ordered it. Prior experience, it wasn’t really a bad one at this one, but it seems like at some point you always end up having a bad experience at these Rosati’s here and I’m originally from Chicago.

Rosati’s has been our “go to” place for pizza. Although it’s getting a bit pricey (but they all are!) the pizza has been consistently good! Delivery service has also been fast and great! Will continue to go back and recommend to others looking for a well made pizza!

I ordered a family meal online. Included 2 pizzas,a salad, dessert and a 2 liter.
It was delicious! Everything was fresh,ready on time and enjoyed! Photo of a thin crust and the italian table salad. Only thing forgotten was the dressing for the salad.
