Ordered Philly steak sandwich and this is what  got   Pictures below. They overcooked the meat it was so dry looked like beef jerky. They forgot the bell pepper forgot the onion on top of all this. I called immediately and was told I needed to speak to a lady. I’m not sure if her name was Wendy and I was sent to a voicemail, never did I get offered a redo on the sandwich or even a refund and nobody ever called me back today. I plan on calling back or stopping in. This is not acceptable. My money first off doesn’t grow on trees.

I’m done!!! Everytime I think it’s going to get better they continue to prove me wrong. This is the most disappointing, lacking flavor, rediculously light on cheese ( the fundamental topping).  The box it came in likely had better taste, texture and was ready sooner.
I’ll never ever go there again.
If you thinking about it, stop.  Don’t waste your money. Without dropping names there are at least three better options within 1.5 miles

A frozen pizza would be an upgrade.Do not waste your time or money.I ordered thin crust and received hand tossed. Makes me wonder how the thin crust is prepared.

This is a reasonably good, reasonably priced pizza joint. I wouldn't be dissuade to come here, even though the lobby smells like hot fart. As if the A/C doesn't work, and the oven hasn't been cleaned in months. The pizza's dough is quite tough, which, unfortunately, is making me give them 3 stars. The cheese is nice and melty, just the way I like it.  It is seemingly trying to compete with Barro's pizza, which is basically right next door, because the taste is quite similar, other than the crust being thicker. Personally, I'd prefer Barro's, because it's quality is at least always consistent, and their A/C works.

When I have a long day of work. I don't feel like cooking or cleaning. Rush St. is my favorite go to! I'm very picky and annoying but these guys make me very happy!! The portions are perfect and I'll  definitely order again. Thanks for the the great service too!!
