Once again, their muffins have changed. 😑 A couple weeks ago I had the original decadent sugary crusted blueberry muffins; blueberries tasted real…….yet today I see an old friend (Costco muffin). Why no consistency? Coffee is great but muffins are a low point. C’mon guys.

Great coffee is the main reason we come here. I like the option of getting hot drinks in real ceramic cups. It is not a very large coffee shop but there are plenty of seats inside and outside. The dominant color inside is black which produces a low light cosy ambiance.

We paid $7.51 for one medium blended espresso (nothing extra added), and it does not matter how good or bad the coffee might have tasted, the price is OUTRAGEOUS! We can buy 2 gallons of milk for that price! We will not be back. On top of that, the employee that took our order shoved a wifi "tablet" into my husband's face, asking for a tip. We said no, because we refuse to pay almost $8 for one drink and then tip. If the owners are going to charge an absurd price for their coffee, then they should pay their employees enough so they do not need to beg for tips.

An interesting and fun coffee spot with some original drink choices. Not much atmosphere or coffee house vibe, but it was clean. It’s worth a second trip to further explore the menu. The barista was helpful.

Two Ziggis employees were working today (Abby and Peyton) and while I was ordering you could hear one of them talking very loudly and making rude remarks which seemed to be on purpose so that I could hear. With every thing I would add to my order she would say OH MY GOODDDDD AINT NO WAYYYYY AINT NOOOO WAYYYY. Mind you I go to Ziggis quite often and have never had an experience like this but this was sooooo rude and unprofessional. I got to Ziggis at 5:40 and they close at 6. It seemed as if she was upset because it was close to their closing time. There was still two cars behind me so I hope she didn’t treat them the same way….. they’re usually awesome and very quick, my daughter and I definitely have a Ziggi’s addiction so I’m pretty sad and disappointed that they treated us this way.
