I decided to give Surf City Sandwich a try after hearing it was good and I was in the mood for a cheesesteak sandwich. I ordered my sandwich to go and was a bit shocked at how expensive it was.  This is not a cheap place but they do give you a large sandwich and it comes with fresh chips.  The sandwich had a lot of flavor but it was not to my taste and I didn’t care much for it.  I felt like I was overcharged for an okay sandwich. The home made chips were very good.

I was craving a lil sammy today & oh boyyyy, this place hit THE SPOT. The service was great, the food came out quick, sat outside with the misters on, and DEVOURED this sandwich. I was on the phone with my brother and it sounded like I was making sweet, sweet love. That sandwich was just that. I can not wait to bring the family here and try anything and everything.

I did meet the owner Paul, dude was super humble and gave me recommendations, a couple fist bumps later - I drove to work, thinking about that sandwich, man. Would recommend. 10/10

I absolutely love this place! It’s always consistent. My husband is a huge fan of the Surf City Philly—it’s packed with flavor and just the right amount of heat. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I love coming here!

Paying for plenty of food, as it includes baker chips with along with the big portions on the sandwiches.

The chipotle chicken sandwich was served with ciabatta bread, and every sandwich on the menu comes with its own unique bread, unless otherwise specified.

They’ve got an incredible selection of both HOT/COLD and have delicious sides as well. I was very pleased and definitely plan to come back!
