Disappointed that the items I ordered were not available when I got to the restaurant. Apparently, online ordering has a wide variety of different flavor chicken, but only traditional is available when you arrive. They were gracious and gave me an extra side to make up the difference for the extra amount I paid for the flavor I ordered, but disappointed when you're looking forward to fancy flavors and you show up to just basic. The staff was wonderful! Not their fault the website is messed up.

There was a time I could have eaten at Boston Market once a week. As time passed they dropped a favorite menu item, the turkey, so I stopped going. I happened by today and saw turkey was back, and indeed it was. A bland strange version of turkey, and not at all the same as it used to be.

The cornbread has also changed, again not for the better. Prices go up, quality comes down. The food is now average at best.

The staff was friendly, this location was using a portion of their dining area for storage which is not what you want to see when you eat.

Don’t be in a hurry had a 15 minute wait just to get acknowledged and to only find out they don’t have the featured menu item!!! They need major help with staffing and customer service…the workers don’t seem happy or excited to help customers.

Update-

Gave  BM a second chance with another failed experience. Store hours are posted and they close 45 minutes early. Stayed open til 8:30 pm due to staffing. Went around 7:46 pm. Only one guy in the lobby and wanted to use my gift card but the doors were closed and the worker ignored me and continued to clean and eat her meal. To bad that is bad business. I waited to see if they would correct the matter and the worker let the guy out through a side door instead of addressing customers or answering the phone because I attempted to call in order to ask why did they close early…go figure no answer.

We stopped here to get a meal for 5 to go.  It took less than 15 minutes to get our dinner and the staff were really great.  There were several options to choose from and they package it up right away. The food tasted amazing and the brownies were just a bonus!!!

Good food, good prices and great service. Mathew was our server and was super friendly and patient with our kiddos indecisive picks for sides. The restaurant seemed clean and well maintained. #excellentcustomerservice #dinner
