I have to say that I was not as impressed with this pizza as I thought I would be. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Lou Malnati’s that I think I came in expecting a glorious pizza. It was not. It wasn’t bad by any means but it just didn’t live up to the hype. The bone out wings were no different than any other. I settled in on the deep dish but will probably try a thin crust next time. On the bright side, the staff was super friendly and very welcoming. You can never beat “service with a smile!” I’m keeping my hopes up for next time. Not giving up yet. Last note, this particular location is not a dine in restaurant, it is a satellite location that only offers pickup and delivery.

We were disappointed by food quality; however, we really enjoyed our server Chris W. He was positive and was passionate about his work. The wings were the best thing we ordered, but first deep dish pizza left a lot to be desired unfortunately. Thanks Chris for making the evening great regardless.

We love Lou Malnati’s !! We usually get a deep dish, but our server Chris W suggested a thin crust and to get extra sauce, and it was awesome!!! He was super nice and honest about everything. We will definitely be back for the same pizza next time🤗

I'd say don't go here unless you live next door, and have extra money to spend.  We got a couple of pizzas, and after our half-hour drive to get home, the almost $100 pizza was OK at best.

Yep, it's almost $100 for 2 pizzas.   It's interesting that they don't have a menu board at the restaurant and that the paper menus don't have prices on them. We'll, a large thick crust is almost $30. A large Malnati's with 2 extra toppings, almost $60.

I will say, the toppings were fresh, and I like the large slices of tomatoes they use, and the cheese was really good.

I won't plan to spend $100 eating at a Malnati's restaurant, let alone get to-go pizza from Malnati's again.

The pizza is good. They really need to reconsider having Door Dash deliver their pizza's! Why can't they invest in the small plastic tool that keeps the topping from moving. It is such an easy and cheap fix. I order at the minimum once a month, and every time, the pizza looks like the picture attached. I even add in the special instructions to tell the delivery driver to place on a flat surface. I met the drive at their car and it was sitting on the passenger seat.
