Man, after all these years, Ray's still making that floppy undercooked pizza crust. Had to put it in the air fryer, but after it crisped up very tasty. Wings are not crispy either. Take the time to cook the pizza a little longer and follow the customer request when they ask for crispy pizza and wings next time.

I'm adding an update here. I'm sorry, but if you're a true NY style pizza lover, then it needs to pass the fold test. If you pick up the slice and fold it and it still falls, then Ray's, I'm sorry you're not doing it right.

Customer service here is always top-notch. They went above and beyond many times to make sure I got what I wanted. Most places ignored the special instructions on app orders. Not staff at Ray's Pizza. Thank you for making sure my order is perfect!  It was amazing!  The dining room is enjoyable and cozy. Reminds me of when I ate at Pizza Parlors many, many years ago.

Pizza is good not great but good and at a great price with big portions.
Employees are nice and helpful.

Been coming here for a long long time. I always claim rays as one of my top 3 pizza spots in az. Today I went and got a slice and wings and the food just didn’t live up to the standard I’m use to. The slice was luke warm and the wings were soggy. I paid $14 so I would like hot pizza and fresh wings. I’m not gonna 1 star over one bad experience but wanted to bring awareness.

I did arrive early and live maybe 5 minutes away. So it’s not like the pizza and wings were sitting very long. Not sure what happened today. Hoping for the standard I’m used too next time I go back.

Been ordering from here for years..literally decades. We're not going to give a one star for one bad night.  Not sure what changed tonight but the pizza was inedible.  We called and the manager offered a credit which was kind, but we're not looking for that. Just a forewarning whatever cheese or ingredients was used today was just awful.  We all took one bite and had to spit it out. Also you're cook was talking shit out in the open to their trainee . Not a good look at all.... 24hour edit. We're severly sick from last night's order still. We definitely won't be back for awhile if ever.
