Came here to try the burritos and they are so good. The tortilla was cooked on a stove golden, so good. Very clean and food came out in 5 minutes and very fresh.

Ordered lunch with a group of coworkers for our meals to go and just sat down with my bowl. If I had received this on site, I would have sent it back.
I ordered a Salmon Mexican Street Corn Bowl - no gualc. Apparently the no guacvwas an afterthought because a large scoop was empty from the bowl. It must have been sitting on the lettuce because I probably have 4 shreds of lettuce in the entire bowl. The salmon is anorexic and definitely not worth the price for the portion size. The black beans are tasteless fillers.  The entire bowl is a disappointment.

Pretty good fish tacos.  The employees were nice and provided quick service.

The food was very good and authentic but everyone behind the counter was very young and unsupervised and not very disciplined with hygiene.   There was HUGE spill on the floor by the counter and I had to notify the girl at the counter to clean up before someone fell.  The salsa bar was not maintained and BOTH trash areas were overflowing.  Great food so it’s a shame that there is nobody in there to hold standards higher.

I've only heard good things about Rubio's, so instead of going to my usual mexican fast food Filibertos I gave this a try. It was a mistake.
1. You can't custom order a burrito, so you have to order what they have and adjust accordingly. Leaving you to pay for add on's if it doesn't come with the burrito.
2. You can pick a protein witch is standard. However, who knows how much you'll get. I ordered stake and it was bitter sweet. I maybe found like three or four pieces which is upsetting. But when I did get a chance to have some stake I'd rather just have the bean and rice burrito back. So to put it plainly the stake SUCKS.
3. Chips and salsa was pretty good. If that's all I ordered I'd be content.
All in all, if you want some Mexican food you might as well go to Taco Bell. I would of had much better food for the $15 dollars I spent.
