An absolute delight every time. The gals are always so hard working and incredibly friendly. Consistently delicious with generous portions. Love the Italian Beef and Fire Dogs. They have solid veggie options as well. We always leave happy and stuffed. Will continue to return for as long as they’re open.

Great Italian Beef!! The beef was still tender and not dry like some others. The au jus was delicious with it! And a great giardiniera blend on top. The fries were fresh from the fryer and delicious as well.

So they were understaffed today, and the young gentleman was running his tail off trying to cover everyone. So consider this a management review, not for the helpful young man who was put in a difficult position.

Polish sausage was burnt black, so the charred flavor was overwhelming (see picture). The Italian beef was ... bland(?) Surprising, because I liked it the last time I had it here. Just rather flavorless.

I haven't given up on them yet. But I was down the road before I discovered the burnt polish sausage, and didn't want to travel all the way back... So this visit was a $20 loss I guess.

Note for management: instead of writing a note that you are understaffed and simply asking customers to be patient... Perhaps offer to discount your product from full price during the times you can't provide full service and quality. Just a thought. And kudos again to the young man who did his best in a bad situation.

I had high hopes.  I frequent a Chicago Dog restaurant called Hot Dog Heaven in Fort Lauderdale... Chicagoland didn't compare.  Traditional Chicago Dog at Chicagoland was cold (to luke warm) to the touch.  Way too much relish all over it, shredded onion & I had to hunt for 1 TINY sort of slice of Tomato. And the bun could have been fresher.  I will keep trying around the Valley to find an adequate Chicago Dog.

If you are listed as being open until 7pm you should stay open until 7.  Went to pick up a uber eats order the two kids working had closed up 10 minutes early knowing they had a delivery order waiting to be picked up.

I tried calling they ignored it, knocked on the door they ignored it.

I get it, I've worked and managed in food service for over 10 years. They just want to leave for the night, but that isn't an excuse to take shortcuts and screw over your customers. As new owners I think you would want to know about this issue so it can be addressed. If they are being lazy and closing early no telling what other shortcuts they are taking and policies they are violating when there is nobody there to hold them accountable.

Based on some of the recent reviews it's obvious there needs to be an adjustment in staffing because it seems like some of your employees just don't give a damn.
