I came in and stand right in front of the guy with glasses but he and the whole staffs didn’t ask to take order they just look at me 😏  super bad and rude service, my taco came out look bad and messy other than that it’s doesn’t taste good. the guy with glasses had very ugly attitude when we placing order!

As Arby's slogan goes, "Arby's, We Have The Meats!"

You’re probably wondering why I would bring that up even though this review is for Costa Vida. The reason I said that is because when you think of that slogan, you automatically assume there's going to be "meat" in or with your meal.

Tonight, I did a mobile order for two Sweet Pork salads (assuming I would get what I paid for). Unfortunately, I got about an ounce of meat in the entire salad.

For the staff, please don't skimp out on the meat! The Sweet Pork is the best part of the meal!!!

Besides the negative experience I had tonight, I will still recommend this location. The food is good, the interior/exterior is clean and the staff are friendly. I just wouldn’t recommend doing a mobile order.

They finally fixed the septic tank smell that used to fill the entire front area.  Food is always good though.  No complaints.  Prices did go up quite a lot though.  Even mango salsa and other things that used to be free have a charge now.   :( also I got the lunch special and it was only maybe .50 cheaper total. So not really worth it.   But I do still really love the sweet pork.

The older woman working here is a nightmare! My brother and I ate here a week ago and she was very rude. We told her that we weren't ready to order yet (we weren't even in line) and she rolled her eyes, scoffed and walked off. When we were ready to order she gave us major attitude. There is absolutely no reason she should be acting like this.
My family went back today at 8pm and she was working. Again, major attitude and It wasn't busy at all. My mom walked up to the group of 4-5 employees standing behind the register and asked if someone could clean the booth tables because every single one was messy. The older woman said that they would but didn't. My mom went back up (they were all on their phones), and asked again. The woman then started to glare at my mom and cussed us out in spanish to her coworkers! She wasn't even quiet about it. After that she started to wipe down all the tables EXCEPT the booth tables out of spite. At this point we should have just left but we ordered anyway. The whole time we were ordered the older woman was glaring at us. So unprofessional and immature.
The food was okay but this particular employee made our experience horrible. She shouldn't be working in a costumer service related job if she's going to be this aweful to the customers. None of the other employees looked happy to be there either.

Excellent food and service. My first time eating here. It was so delicious, I ordered the Baja bowl, it was a great experience. Staff were awesome and courteous.
