Came here for my daughter's birthday today and had AMAZING service, food, and love! Chantel is phenomenal and so was our waiter Lance as well as the owner! I will definitely go back again very soon! You cannot go wrong with anything you order here and the entire staff is so kind ✨️ Great environment!

Honeslty this was my favorite pizza place in arizona since moving here. I’m not sure what happened but our visit was horrible. We ordered a house salad with ranch…. Almost little to none ranch. We asked for additional ranch and salt and pepper because we were served a bowl of lettuce. We waited about 5 mins for the side of ranch. Got our pizza delivered. We did half exxtra pepperoni & hot honey and then half with no honey. Once sode came basically dough with sauce zero pepperoni….Got our pizza then dropped off by someone else besides our server. Didn’t check back until more than half way through. We were served a tomato pie that wasn’t cripsy, a salad with with zero dressing and charged for extra dressing without being told…. Pepsi that was flat. We spent our time coming here and was so disappointed in our experience after I said this was my favorite pizza place .

I am so lucky to find the best pizza in Arizona words can't describe how delicious there pizza tatse. You definitely can not go wrong with The Don Pizza all the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and you can not skip out on dessert got my self the good ole cheesecake that was perfectly made very very delicious. Whenever I want pizza, Grimaldi’s is the only place I’ll get it from because they do not use seed oils in their pizza - I really appreciate that - but is that a reason to keep coming here? For me, I’m leaning towards a no.

The pizza is 4/5, in my opinion.

The customer service I’d say is a 2/5 especially over the phone. For me, it’s a driving factor on whether or not I will continue giving an establishment my money.

Now today I order cheesecake and I find it disgusting that there was either black lint or small hairs on the cheesecake. I’m not sure how it happened or how it’s stored but it unacceptable. It wasn’t inside the cheesecake, it was on the outside.

The food was delicious! The service was fine, not super attentive. We really enjoyed The Don pizza and the Garden Ranch Salad. The salad was missing the croutons, which we didn't notice right away, but once we let the waitress know she got them for us. We got the small salad to share, which is perfect for two people to share. We got the largest pizza so we could have leftovers. The pizza isn't as good leftover because the crust gets a bit chewy, but the flavor is still very good.
