The staff here truly made my visit special; they were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The cozy atmosphere and exceptional service exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return for more of their amazing coffee and tasty treats! Pricing is affordable too. Coffee is Amazing, Customer Service top notch, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and Open Mic on Fridays at 7pm. My sister and I got White Mocha Iced Coffee and Caramel Latte 👌🏼 We’ll be back for more coffee when we are near downtown 😊.

This is a really cool coffee shop in the middle of Downtown Phoenix! The ambiance was very old-school cool, it felt like somewhere out of another decade. The barista was really sweet and did a great job. Would recommend!

Really great service. Both staff members were outstanding, friendly asked about our day and if we liked our food. The espresso was average and the burrito was okay, fairly bland and the pepper sauce was hard to scoop onto the burrito without having silverware (which didn’t come with it) so it might be better blended so it could be poured easily. The Nutella bar was very sweet and good but if you aren’t sharing plan to save half for later since it’s so rich tasting.

Walking into the café, we immediately felt the charming, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that owner Quinn offers his guests at his café in downtown Phoenix. Quinn also makes some of the best coffee and chai lattes we've had anywhere in the world. As well as hot and cold coffee, you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast. We fell in love with the avocado toast and the damn tasty croissant with egg, bacon and cheese. The cafè has a separate room where you can spend the whole day. There are books, board games and the occasional concert. The terrace is French style and invites you to enjoy a coffee or two or three. We have taken Quinn and his café to our hearts. If you are in Phoenix, make sure you visit the Cactus Café.
