We were sat a part from everyone else.  That was ok…but noticed.  Didn’t get refills.  We were invisible.  The appetizer salad wasn’t served.  I guess the natives of the day didn’t matter.  We were out of place and it was made known.
The food was excellent!  Although we were made to feel discouraged to be there, the food was awesome!  Just so delicious.   The tortilla soup; DIVINE! The pizza; divine!  It wasn’t the cooks who discouraged!  That was for sure !!  I wish the tip went to them!

Ordered take out and every pasta dish had broken sauce. Disgusting. What is even more frustrating is that I spent that 30 minutes trying to find a way to contact restaurants to send them these pictures and ask for a refund only to get put on hold, hung up on, and then stuck in a loop that did help me contact anyone on the contact us page. This was supposed to be $23 mushroom and chicken fettuccine Alfredo and $18 Mac and Cheese that all ended up in the trash.

We went there with our kids on a weekday evening and were impressed by the food and service offered by Jamie and his team.

Location: conveniently located on Camelback next to Macy's and Cheesecake Factory.

Environment: this place is spotless and great for family get together. The decor was modern and efficient.

Food: Asian style dumplings was topped with spicy and sweet sauce with fresh sliced scallions--the sauce is unbeatable! We ate them all in 2 mins, lol. Kangpao noodle with chicken was a little bit spicy with rich savory flavor, love it. I would assume the olive oil was home made, it perfectly matched the fluffy warm bread(we ordered 2 plates of bread! )

Service: our waiter Henry has been working for this place for 13 years and he's an expert in explaining the dishes and offered us the best recommendations. Humorous and hardworking, Henry was definitely one of the best waiters we've ever met. The general manager Jamie was so considerate and patient, it's super comfortable chat with him and he's handwriting the instructions on our take home pizza!

I had a chopped salad with an iced tea. The portions are large; however, you can order a half. The dressing was on the sweet side, though it was ok. The waitress talked to me three times, once to directly take my order (no engagement at all), once to tell me no rush on the check (very scripted) and last to take my card. There was only two tables with three people total. It would have been a better experience if she had been just a little nicer. The place was clean and neat. Not an impressive experience, but not completely disappointing.

Always a great place to eat. Fresh food and great service, very nice hospitality and a nice verity of choices. This specific location was great and loved the deco as well.
