Awesome pizza!  New York Style, very doughy, very flavorful pizza sauce, ordered the Margherita to go and it took about an hour for a Friday evening around 5pm, but it was definitely a little busy upon pickup so very understandable and was definitely worth the wait!  Paid $23 for this large specialty and highly recommend!  Definitely would like to dine in!  Place is very clean with friendly service and pizza was hot and fresh by the pickup time!

Came here Tuesday evening for the first time. The restaurant was busy; so I sat at the bar where there was available seating. Service is friendly. I started with the small Caesar salad ($8.99) and fountain drink ($3.49). Looking over their menu I saw one pizza that interested me. The Zagar pizza: red peppers, Italian sausage, and mushroom ($23.99). The pizza came out fast as I wasn’t finished with my salad. Which by the way was a good salad. Chopped Romain lettuce, cheese, the right amount of croutons, and dressing. As for the pizza, the crust was very good. After that, it was a unique experience as there was hardly any sauce. The cheese was okay. I didn’t taste any mushrooms, and had two bites where I could taste the sausage. What I had found peculiar is this taste; this crunchy chewing as if there were sliced almonds on the pizza. I discovered sliced garlic. Don’t get me wrong; I love garlic. There’s a right way to cook with garlic. This, however, wasn’t one of them, and I had one piece that was pretty large. I brought this to the attention of my server when I boxed the leftovers to go. She offered to have another pizza made, and I said that it’s alright. Maybe I missed something about the pizza, and had a different expectation of what I was looking to get. Next time I’ll ask more questions before getting another pizza. Again, the crust was very good. I wished to have tasted more sauce. The cheese and other toppings then matter. We’ll see the next time should I return. Other than that, the restaurant is clean. Ample parking. And a lively crowd of people. Total + tax = $39.61.

Genuinely the best local pizza place.

Atmosphere- Every server is so sweet. Easy parking, outside seating optional.

Food- best hand tossed pizza hands down. The meatballs are amazing, the mozzarella sticks have great breading, not too crunchy. Great ranch, clearly not from a bottle.

Cost- The pizza is a great portion for the price, 3 people on a medium w/ an app is perfect portion. Totals to $15ish a person (including %20 tip).

Lunch/ dinner - We’ve been twice in 3 days since finding it. Black Friday late lunch, fairly empty. Dinner Saturday, full but sat immediately.

I'm embarrassed to admit that despite working in the area for so many years, I never knew this place existed. Now that I do, I will be coming back frequently. Solid pizza with high-quality ingredients. Their menu shows a selection of pesto bread. Another reason to come back.

Fabulous food, friendliest service, nice outdoor tables. 5 stars plus! Only 4 stars on atmosphere because no shade on patio, (we had the dog with). But we had the Greek salad and calzone...so so good!! Really awesome! Excellent vegetarian options! Everything was better than we could have asked for. Up from  Tucson for the weekend. We'll  remember you when in town again. Thanks for restoring us!
