This was such a neat concept and we were so excited to find another place we could eat. However the employees, including the manager, do not know the ingredients and insisted there was no added sugar in their dressings. I cannot have sugar- it’s not a preference - so it’s important we know. We ordered our salad and grain bowl and when we distinctly tasted sugar in one, checked the nutrition info from the app and both the dressings and tofu had added 3 forms of sugar listed in the ingredients. When brought to the managers attention he got defensive, continuing to insist that they don’t add sugar.  If you’re trying to get your veggies in this might be the place for you, but if you’re needing to be healthy, be careful. Check the ingredients yourself.

Great place.  Healthy, quality food at a reasonable price.  Usually with quick counter service and fast turnaround times on pick up orders.  The app is user friendly.  The restaurant is clean.  Fine assortment of teas and alternative drinks.  I frequent this place and am rarely disappointed.  They also have a simple rewards program the rewards regular customers.

We have went to the Mad Greens on the West numerous occasions and really been impressed with quality of food, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant. This location could learn from them. The staff looked miserable the whole time we were there. A smile or clear wording of what things they are asking we want in our food instead of assuming we know would be appropriate. During our visit we were given less than what’s appropriate for meat/tofu. I understand it’s busy and a busy location but let the food justify the price.
