I was in the mood for Fish and Chips. Discovered this express food kitchen which serves multiple different options which included Fish and Chips. I am happy that I found this spot even though I have passed it multiple times. I ordered the Cod with shrimp and was pleasantly surprised. The fish options are Cod, Catfish or Tilapia. If you like spicy, grab some hot sauce and the tarter.

Hit or miss.
Depends on if the Chicano cook is here or if the Paisano cook is here.
Chicanos are Mexican Americans and majority of them cannot cook.
Too Americanized and lazy.
Paisas come from the old school so they usually know how to cook the food just right, correct seasoning and correct timing on when to withdraw the food as to not overcook or undercook it.
Usually when I see the Edgar looking guy I just leave but I’ll stay if if I see el paisano back there cooking.
