Just stopped in to grab a quick lunch and was super impressed with the decor. The pizza was great and place was super quiet at lunch. I was the only one in the entire room. Service was good. I'll stop by again if I'm in the area and try more food. Seems like a great place for kids.

It was a first time here for me.  Our waiter was extremely nice, very attentive, quick, had a great smile the entire time.  Place is huge, we picked a booth, the bar was already full and it wasn't even 5pm.  Menu is huge but since we came for pizza we concentrated on those pages.  A medium size thin crust pizza, half pepperoni and sausage and 1/2 caramelized onions and trio of grilled mushrooms, plus two small salads ( House and Greek).  Thanks to Yelp, we also got a free pretzel bite with cheese dip $7.59 value). We asked for a side of marinara sauce too.
It didnt take much time before our pretzle bites made it to our table.  They taste very nice, warm with just a bit of salt, cheese sauce was warm as well.  They tasted free too, lol!  Our salads were next and they were huge!  There were tons of different veggies and all was very fresh and crisp.   Lastly came our pizza! I absolutely loved the thin crust, it was really thin, tasty and loaded with our toppings.  I wouldn't call the onion "caramelized" but it was cooked well.  I had two slices, half of my salad, the rest l took home.  Ron's house salad was also wholesome, he enjoyed his pep/sausage pizza but wasn't impressed with the sausage quality.  Overall l liked my experience here and will return!

When I was growing up, the dine in sit down pizza joint was the thing to do with your family. The one I remembered going to was medieval in theme. The walls were stone like a castle. There was a fire pit, and on display was a full set of shiny armor. On the walls were swords and shields. But what I remembered the most was the amazing pizza. The crust was thick and soft. The ingredients were fresh and piled high. The cheese was warm and gooey. And when a slice was served, the cheese  could have stretched for miles. The other day when I went to the Mellow Mushroom for the first time, I was reminded of how good pizza could be. The pizzas here were excellent, made in a way that tasted hand crafted with quality fresh ingredients and cooked in a real oven. From what I read, the Mellow Mushroom pizza chain  was started in Georgia in the late 70s with each  restaurant having it's own unique decor with a slight  hippish vibe. The location I went to had a movie theater historical theme. The restaurant itself was quite large and clean. The staff was quite young and friendly. The service was pretty quick so come hungry. There was a sport bar inside with many beers on draft. If you have never been here, check this place out.

Great pizza!  Different than other pizza I've had.  Great crust.  Tasty fresh, plentiful toppings.  Filled me up and a few slices left to take home.  Lemonade.... sweet....ice cold.....endless supply.  Oh, yeah!  And great service too.

Pro: person taking the order on the phone was polite. And the food was good.
Cons: no silverware for take out. And no bag large enough for even a 10 inch pizza.
