8/24/24: running an errand in this part of town and got hungry. Since I had a craving for crab puffs, we found New Asian Kitchen. Plenty of parking, service was polite and quick, a delicious drink place a couple doors down, and easy access to the freeway. Their bathroom was a little sketchy, though. I felt like I was walking down a short, unsafe alley in Brooklyn.

New Asian Kitchen was good, but despite the odd flavor in my sesame beef dish, everything else was delicious: crab puffs (we even ordered a second dish to take home!), egg drop soup, and the mushroom chicken.

The sesame beef was not horrible but there was an odd taste I could not identify at first. I only had a few bites anyway because we scarfed down the crab puffs and practically licked out the bowl of the soup. LOL! My sister's mushroom chicken was way better tasting than my beef dish, nothing odd with hers.

When I tried to eat my leftover sesame beef later for dinner, I concluded the odd flavor taste was fish. I do not like seafood at all. My sister's sense of smell sucks and she was unwilling to try a bite, but I am positive the odd taste was from fish. I can only think it was there because they cooked the beef in the same pan as fish...?

New Asian is not in our neighborhood so not sure we would stop in again. If it's more local to you, though, I would give it a go -- just beware the sesame beef. Unless you like fish flavors, then go for it.

Bought hot and sour soup, did not provide won ton crackers.  I called, they said it was now extra.  Decent soup, trying to make extra money on things that were previously included.   Poor customer satisfaction.   One star only because the food was ok

Only ordered delivery but have ordered here for YEARS and food is always delivered insanely fast, always accurate and always tasty. I’ve truly never had anything disappointing from them. A reliable go to. No frills, extremely reasonable pricing for the quality and portions.

Let me be specific in my details, we placed a call in order for pickup, we ordered a large shrimp fried rice and a large egg drop soup with an extra bag of crispy noodles to go. We live a mile and a half away from the restaurant, when we got home and opened the box for the fried rice there was no shrimp in the fried rice. I immediately called the restaurant and told them this they said that the kitchen said they put shrimp in there. No ma'am no shrimp was found. There was no shrimp at all in the rice which made me feel like I was being called a liar. I make great money I don't need free pieces of shrimp I felt like I was called a liar me and my husband returned with the rice undecided from this point forward that we no longer need new Asian kitchens services. The young lady didn't even bother to apologize to us she didn't even bother to offer an incentive anything but that's okay because you lost good customers and I'm sure we'll find another place somewhere else bad customer service.

It's not too bad a place. Atmosphere is basic, service is fast, food is not as good as it once was but is still average. Typical Togo order is ready in 15-20 min.
