When I first arrived at 7:40pm 12/05/2024 they had told me they were out of product and wouldn’t be accepting any new orders until 8pm ! I finally ordered at 7:57 (picture) and received my order at 8:19pm!! While waiting for my order the front cashiers were lost and not knowing which order was what! Also being very aggressive towards eachother in the process! 2 people who ordered after me received their food first! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! employees need held accountable! I am a very loyal customer I come and always get the buffalo chicken mac with no green onion and I am very upset!

It's dark and the super grumpy Tifanni Rhodes manager was terrible. We were not greeted. I said hello and she said what can I get you. She didn't offer to get me membership. My 9 year old said thank you and I said thank you but she walked away. The BBQ macaroni was the worst liquid water noodle uncooked absolutely drenched in BBQ sauce. I couldn't eat it I I didn't date state Medusa in the eyes to ask for refund she is rude to they customer and the 2 Cooks pushing out jail food.

I was sad because I usually love noddles and company but it was my first time at this location. The Mac wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. It was super watered down and my boyfriend was mad at me for convincing him to eat there because it was his first time. 32$ and it was nasty. The girl with the crutch taking orders though was so sweet.

The customer service here has really fallen apart. The last few times we have ordered to go, the staff is standing behind the counter with their backs to us. There is no greeting or acknowledgement. Tonight, I asked if our order sitting on the counter was good to go and she just waved her hand at us. The food is decent but the service makes us never want to return.
