Our first time at Upper Crust, a Brooklyn-style Pizzeria with a separate bar and patio. We stopped for lunch, and my first impression was that they were understaffed they had one poor waitress doing everything from answering the phone, taking orders, and cleaning her own tables. It's semi self serve she hands you menus, and you decide what you want, then you go to the counter and order get you plates, silverware, and cups to get your own beverages and then she brings you the food. They do have a nice selection of pizza pasta and salads and reasonably priced lunch specials, but overall, the regular menu prices seemed a little high. We ordered a Margherita Pizza $27.50 and two side houses salads $5.25 not listed on the menu, but I asked if they had one, and she said they did. The pizza was very good and we enjoyed it very much. They have Happy Hour from 4-7 weekdays, available in the bar and patio only.

Ordered pizza (sausage/pepperoni) / wings (hot). Always a fan of their wings; extra crispy and definitely has a hit. Thin pizza 🍕 😋. Definitely not busy during our visit, I think there was a total of 7 people inside. The bar was pretty empty as well. Don't let that fool you though, I've come here during some busy nights too!

Food is good but hearing employee (Michelle) complain about a blind customer not tipping...."do i have to box up his pizza when he didn't tip me?" Is rather disgusting.   We won't be back based on that alone.  And they don't have waitress service... she was  a cashier.

We have been coming here for many years. Ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was completely soggy, Sent it back for appetizer meatball sliders. Waited 20 minutes never came out.  Canceled order. Paid the bill and then the sliders came out. Don't know what's going on hope it changes. Don't know when we will be back.

What an amazing place to spend an evening.
Staff is amazing, food options are stellar, and the drinks were top notch.
Highly recommend the meatballs and baked wings if your cutting carbs or looking for carnivore options while still providing the Pizza to our family or friend want to enjoy.
We will absolutely be visiting again and again.
