Blu Burger is a find. If you are in the area, check it out. Up Scottsdale road quite a bit, and cozly nestled in a shopping area, there is inside and patio seating.
We were greeted and seated immediately, even though the place was busy when we arrived.
Mandy was our server and is excellent! We sat at the bar next to the gelato... small batch made locally! Tried the coffee and chocolate chip flavor, awesome!
My buddy and I tried the "build a burger" with Bison, I hadn't tried Bison before. It was a fantastic burger, flavorfull, juicy, but not greasy. I opted for the lettuce wrap and onion rings, the rings were crispy and sweet, and everything was perfect.
My buddy ordered his with sourdough and fried zucchini, he barely came up for air!
I want to note that everyone there was friendly and double-checked to make certain that we had what we needed and were happy. But Mandy was the best!

Ooookay, this has become the most disappointing quality in carefree this year.  These were both ordered medium and one wasn’t even cooked enough to uniformly color the outside?!

The salads have been delivered with a lack of the lettuce (isn’t that the *cheapest part?!), the zuchinni has been sent undercooked, what is going on with the proportions?

Come on, guys…you used to be excellent. What changed from 2022 to 2024?

I had the Barbecue burger on sourdough and it was was awesome!
My wife had the Blu burger and it was great.
My daughter had the Habañero burger and she said it was ok but liked the Blu burger better.
The The battered onion rings were fantastic as well.
The gelato martinis looked good but we were so full that we had to pass on them. Maybe next time.

The staff members were all very nice and very friendly! They made you feel welcome.

It was loud in the place but we still enjoyed our time there. Management should add some sound deadening materials on the walls and hang some from the high ceiling and that should help.

Asked for a rare burger like I have had other times before came out well done, waitress tried to tell me it the shading of the windows!!   Sweet potato a fries were my favorite still good but such a small small serving compared to before.   Geez for want you pay for a burger and fries the go cheap on amount of fries.   Patrick.

Always a fun treat to visit and have a hamburger at Blu Burger in cave creek Arizona.

Personally I love the fall to spring time so we can relax and enjoy the yummy burgers outside. Inside can be a bit loud at times, so it is usually outside for us.

Service has always been great and funny at times. Food is juicy and dripping with flavors
