I ordered 5 subs and three of them were missing toppings. Two only had meat on half of the sub. I called the store and the guy I talked to told me they would remake the sandwiches. He also said I didn’t have to get them that night. He took my name down and said for me to call back when I had time to come get them. I called today to try and get them. The guy I talked to wasn’t there and the manager told me he won’t make them. I got my original order in door dash and it cost me about $120. The food probably would have been good if they made it correctly, but they screwed the pooch. I guess I’m out $120. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I only took a pic of one of the subs, but two of them were missing the meat and toppings like the one in the photo.

Our 1st time at this location. The employees were amazing, they greeted my wife & I once we entered. The older gentleman that took our order was so polite, sweet, funny & just awesome all around to encounter. Restaurants need more people like him. Unfortunately I didn't get a name but I hope you guys know who I'm talking about & recognize him for his amazing customer service & people skills. This location will from now on be mine & my wife's go to Capriotti's

Skip it. $23 for the large sandwich and you get this!?!?! What happened to this shop. Used to be the defacto place for a real sub with great portions. 6 pieces of salami, 3 slices of provolone. VERY disappointing to say the least. Take your hard earned money and go to firehouse subs. 4x the meat and 100% better.

Boring.  I haven’t visited a Capriotti’s sandwich shop in some time, so thought it be a good time to let my taste buds reminisce.  Honestly, it’s not like I remember.  The food is boring, plain and simple.  No flavor in the cheesesteak and hot pepper sandwich I ordered or the side of coleslaw.  Biggest plus to this place is they are open until 3am on Friday and Saturday.  Other than that skip this spot.

I've gone by this place many times and finally stopped in yesterday. The guy taking my order was very very helpful in suggesting if i wanted to try a few things i could get a half sub and a half salad. Well i first ordered a half cheese steak and chicken balsamic salad with cranberries nuts and blue cheese. That salad was awesome.  The cheese steak was very tasty nice cheese taste i believe it was provolone.

When i finished i wanted a little more to eat, so i went back up to the counter and ordered a half meatball sub. The meatballs were moist the sauce was good and it had a nice amount of mozzarella. Even the iced tea was nice and fresh.

There are so many other things i want to try out here.
