Did pick order online and said it would be ready before 7pm I get there and I still have to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to have my order ready. I get home and find out my order was incorrect I ordered two orders of 25 wings and only get one order of 25 wings and another order of 13 so I call just to ask for a refund since we got charge for what we didn’t get and they proceed to say that they did our order correct and they didn’t mess up and tells me to send them the order because they know they weren’t in the wrong. Didn’t think I was asking for much they could have easily charged me for just the 13 wings and refund me the other half. Also they even wrote on the boxes 13 and 25 wings and it’s not my writing.

I’ve been coming to this location for a long time as it’s right next to my work. The food is amazing, and their pizza is surprisingly really good (they make a better pizza that most pizza places. Don’t be fooled by the location. The food is a1. Moving on to the customer service. Cristal here is amazing. Always very helpful as well as pleasant. 10/10 I would eat here again! Attached is a current picture of the menu. Thanks again everyone for the great food and service you guys offer!

Food is delicious! Customer service isn’t great. I placed order over the phone came in paid for order. Once she charged my card she proceeds to say we have a special that’s $10 less than what you ordered. Just remember if you order here she will not let you know special before hand or help in anyway.

I have always loved their wings and sauce!

BUT - ordering ahead is a joke. NEVER since they have been opened have they been able to manage getting me a to-go order on time. This really needs to be addressed. I shouldn’t have to wait 30 min after a promised time that I called ahead for a day in advance.

Disappointed to say the least. The service was great but the food was bad. The bacon cheeseburger in the picture had bacon worse than Red Robin which takes some serious work. The crispy chicken sandwich I bought for my friend wasn't edible. Two bites and he was done with it and the fries. Definitely not the Long Wongs of days gone by.
