We had a marvelous evening at Sophia’s kitchen. Definitely need a reservation on a Friday night. The service was super friendly and really fast. The bread they bring out is good nothing crazy, butter very spreadable which was nice. The garlic knots were very good and a ton of them for the price! I had the arrabiata pasta which had the perfect kick to it and the noodles were al dente. My wife had the Alfredo which she said was good and creaminess was perfect but the flavor was a little bland. The brownie sundae dessert was fantastic save some room for dessert in the desert.

This is probably my fifth time that we have gone since I wrote the original review. All I can say is that we have never once had bad service, or bad food. It’s always been fabulous. They were super busy last night, but they still managed to get us a comfortable table, we really appreciated it. Every time we go I always sound. I’m gonna try something else, but I always choose the only thing that I have eaten there because it’s so good, the lazy lasagna.

Sophia’s Kyle and Tony are amazing. They took such good care of us, we are excited to hear about all the amazing dishes that are prepared by two Italians my husband had the Arrabiata and I had the Bolognese, YUM!  This place was very simply decorated but tasteful and I could not believe how big the out side patio(s) are.  They even have high top share tables. We were also told, that they have misters.  We are so excited. We can’t wait to go back and have a spritz while sitting outdoors. It definitely is a team effort and what a great team.

I can only comment on the food because we just got take away. I got the eggplant lasagna. In general you can’t go wrong with Italian food, it’s always good. So when you eat something that is better than always, you know it is very special. And this is the case here. The best eggplant lasagna I ever had!

Casual and comfortable atmosphere with an upscale vibe. It's about the food which is great! All pasta is fresh handmade daily. Servers are attentive and professional. Checkout their menu online, everything is as good as it sounds. I always have a cocktail and a salad and then share a dessert, so price per person reflects that. There's outdoor patio dining available. The only thing I haven't ordered yet for myself is the pizza but it sure looks good and I see a lot of people coming to pick up To Go pizza.

UPDATE: I was advised by a manager today that it was our fault for not requesting to go utensils.  Did not realize our $80 order did not qualify for plastic utensils or napkins. They will not honor a refund for the extreme inconvenience because of their “investigation” they conducted. We can not accept a $50 gift card as we do not live here. Great hospitality. This is the unfortunate world we live in now. They put the burden on the paying customer…so if I dine in I get Parmesan, red pepper, utensils napkins , and someone ensures I have everything I need…..this manager is saying to go  orders do not qualify for the same service regardless of the gratuity we left. Would not have recommended handling it this way considering we did not get to eat anything…but not my restaurant to run into the ground.

Waste of my money! Don’t order to go! $70 order to go at 9pm Saturday. My birthday. No utensils to eat the food.  Staying at a hotel so by the time we tracked some utensils down the food was ice cold. Why is this not an expectation???  We had to pay an $5 fee to have utensils brought to our room at 10 pm at night and it took 45 minutes to get it. Also no basil on the Margherita pizza? 100% Waste of money.  Beyond disappointed on my birthday.  Thanks for the worst to go experience of my life!!!!
