The food and service was excellent. Starting with the bread, because if the bread’s not right, it’s not going to be true Italian. The bread crust was crisp and the rest of the meal didn’t disappoint.
The short rib and gnocchi special was out of this world. Highly recommend. From the regular menu, we also tried the clam linguine. Plenty of clams and a perfect butter sauce with just the right amount of salt.
Our server paired wine for us and was spot on. This will be a favorite from now on.

The salmon and vodka pasta de best🙌 the chicken with pasta on the side to salty. Desserts are to die for super delicious overall 5 out 5 for the service and location it was perfect. The fresh bread that is given as complimentary 5 out 5

I’ve been to Tommy V's Urban Kitchen and Bar twice now and both times were very memorable experiences. The first time was a few years ago when we were getting in late from our flight from the Midwest. We were starving and we walked into the first restaurant we saw. It was Tommy V’s. We were greeted by Sasha! A friendlier, more helpful restaurant professional does not exist! And the atmosphere couldn’t have been more comfortable. I wish I could remember what my better half had, but I know she was crazy about it. As for me, I will never forget the Lasagna! Ok, you might say “lasagna is lasagna”, but NO, not here. It was beyond the usual dish most Italian restaurants offer. The sauce was exquisite and the cheese… oh yeah! Our second visit was just a few days ago while visiting family in the area. Again, we were not disappointed! And again, Sasha made sure we were well taken care of. All appetizers and the four meals were perfectly prepared and well presented. We all shared from several plates of both pasta and seafood. The photos speak for themselves. If you’re in Scottsdale, this place is an absolute great eating experience. Simply outstanding! Oh, and ask for Sasha if he’s available. Tell him Stevo sent you! Zivio!
